“Perfect place to relax or not!!!!!”

We had a great time there!! The staff, tiki bar, restaurant, pool and the COOKIES were incredible. Can't wait to go back!!! Oh yeah, the shuttle is very accommodating!!!

“Very nice, clean & relaxing place to stay.”

We stayed at the hotel for a weekend and enjoyed it. It was nice to be in a quieter location and the shuttle service was wonderful for accessing downtown, beaches, and anywhere else in Key West as requested. The staff members were very friendly and helpful, even going out of their way to help you get to where you need to go. We didn't eat at the restaurant since it was pretty pricey, but there are tons of places downtown to eat. We will definitely stay there again!

“Hotel Paradise”

Everyone at the hotel made our stay exceptional! The Shuttle drivers were extrememly knowledgeable of the island along with the history of the island. The staff was very accommadating, especially Shannon, Esa, and Melissa at the Concierges desk. The food in the restaurant was excellent along with the wait staff. The cleanliness of the hotel was really good. My husband and I loved every minute of our stay in the Conch Republic!

Great hotel! The staff was very nice, pool was awesome and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Would definetly come back next year!

“Excellent value - no gift shop - but pool is good!”

Hotel staff was absolutely wonderful and very helpful! Enjoyed the pool and bar - only disappointment was that there was not a little live music or more music at outdoor bar at happy hour or some time. Very happy to have a shuttle to take us downtown - that was an awesome courtesy!! Very nice place!

“Great customer service at check-in”

Kevin checked us in after a 3 day fishing charter. Not only did he tell us we could get ice from the kitchen for our cooler full of fish,he got a cart,assisted us to unload the cooler onto the cart,and then took us to get the ice. He gave us permission to park under the covered area to slow the melting of the ice and provide more safety for our gear.

“Excellent Hotel and Staff”

The Double Tree was a wonderful place to stay and everyone tried very hard to accommoadate. The chef took the time to cook up the Mahi Mahi we just caught and did and excellent job. The very knowledgeable and friendly staff that drive the shuttle is one of the biggest assets The Double Tree has. Totally impressed! Thank you Double Tree Management....you and your staff have service and quality top notch!

“Great Place”

My friends and I were up against the wall at 7:30 at night looking for a place to stay and somehow stumbled across a room in this hotel. The managers were just great, very helpful and made sure we were taken care of the whole time we were there. Next time I'm back on the island I only hope I can stay here again.

The staff at Doubletree went out of their way to make sure that we were satisfied. We especially enjoyed the regularly scheduled shuttle service. The drivers went out of their way to narate the history and tourist attractions while we were traveling to and from the drop off/pick up points. The pool mand bar were very nice and relaxing. They were very kid friendly.
