Small Room but good locationPosted Jul 11, 2014
Pros: It's location.
Cons: The size of the room.
Location: It was close to the ferry and the shore. It's within half an hour walk to the main shopping area.
The room was a little small and there was no TV. However, the location was great and very close to the ferry. The hotel staff was very helpful and nice. They do offer free coffee and water throughout the day which was nice.

cozy hotel in the heart from key westPosted Jul 1, 2014
Pros: Pool, outdoor facility
Cons: the sizes of the rooms (Bed) and the Internetconnection
Location: close to everything
The location from the hotel is great, close to the duval street, close to the marina. The hotel overall is cozy, nice and clean! Sweet Poolarea, nice people! The rooms are very small, especially the bed is very tiny for two persons, the wireless internet-connection is very weak! Overall the hotel is good, but I have expected a little bit more for that price! Especially in the Room.

Nice hotel in Key West.Posted Jun 3, 2014
Pros: The location is convenient. The pool is very nice.
Cons: The beds and pillows could be more comfortable.
Location: Close to everything.
This place was nice, however, the rooms are VERY small and the bed not very comfortable. You are within walking distance or biking distance to all of Old Town so that is very convenient. The grounds of the hotel were nice, typical "key west." The staff was very nice and helpful. Parking might become a problem if you visit during a busy time as it's limited. You should note that they do not have TVs in the rooms.

RelaxPosted Apr 28, 2014
We wanted a place that was close to everything and a place where we could just kick back and do nothing and Eden House was everything we were looking for . Total relaxation by the pool in a hammock or swing .

Lovely hotel, staff was exceptional!Posted Apr 17, 2014
Had a wonderful time! The hotel is great, the staff is awesome! The rooms are quite small though so leave your giant suitcase at home. Lovely grounds and amenities....when you check in they offer you a complimentary cold beverage and always have iced tea and hot tea, coffee available. Very clean and the pool and Jacuzzi were wonderful after a full day of walking. Also next door is a fantastic restaurant..Azure....mmmm good!

Great experiencePosted Apr 13, 2014
Rooms are a bit small but not an issue for us. Beds very comfy, staff very helpful and very nice, they are always cleaning - very impressive. Bike rentals available and great for seeing the island. Pool, hot tub and grounds are great.

Key West GemPosted Mar 26, 2014
Pros: The charm, location, staff - pretty much everything.
Cons: I can't think of anything that needs improvement!
Location: There is a great little restaurant next door - if nothing else, go for breakfast.
This is a wonderful small guest house in a great location in Key West. It was easy to find, and there is plenty of on-site parking (no extra charge for parking). It is less than a 10 minute stroll to Duvall Street and all the action, but far enough away to be comfortably out of the tourist fray. Upon check-in, you are offered a free beverage and there is water and iced tea available all day long. There is a beautiful courtyard with a lovely pool and lots of lounge seating. The staff is way friendly and helpful. They have a great little gift shop with very reasonable prices.

Quaint hotelPosted Mar 1, 2014
In a quiet neighborhood. An easy walk to anywhere in Key West. Lots of public space in the facility including a pool, hot tub, library, computer desk, places to sit and relax. Our room was very small. No closet or dressers to place clothes in so the two of us lived out of our suitcases. The WC was behind a door but the sink and shower were part of the bedroom. The bed and linens were comfortable and the only nighttime sound was the white noise from the a/c. If we return to KW and stay here again we will reserve a larger room.

Most relaxing vacation ever!Posted Feb 21, 2014
Eden House is a sanctuary from the drunken zombies on Duval St. It is a tropical paradise where employees gently directed us to all that was good in Key West, most of which was within walking distance. Our room was small, but well-kept and comfortable...not that we spent much time there, when hammocks, and nooks with swinging chairs were available within the tropical courtyard / pool area. Coffee, iced tea, happy-hour all there to keep us hydrated and happy. There is little parking, but we never had a problem...drive a small car.
