“Vacation Relaxation”

This was a wonderful place to stay. The room was spacious, clean, welcoming. The bed was VERY comfortable. The breakfasts were continental but extremely tasty, with fresh local breads and many other choices. The time for breakfast was well suited to a vacation stay. Roman, the innkeeper, was a wealth of knowledge and committed to seeing his guests have a fun time without being overbearing. Our room overlooked the street, but we never heard any traffic noise. The walk to main shopping & tourist areas was just far enough to walk off superb meals in nearby restaurants! We plan to return to Heron House!

Fantastic stay!! Clean, Clean, comfortable room! can not say ENOUGH about how great Roman was....extremely helpful, funny and he definitely went above the call of duty to see that we had an awesome stay, which we did. Would definitely recommend to anyone who will be staying in keywest!

A charming B&B in walking distance to all Key West attractions. The owner/operators made our stay a pleasure. Only downside street parking only, could be a real pain during a busy period.

This is an excellent place to stay if you are looking for a peaceful vacation. It is quiet and relaxing, just what we were looking for. Roman, the concierge, was extremely helpful and made our vacation perfect. Can't wait to go back and see him!

“Will go back to a Heron House facility next year”

Have been to Key West approximately 10 times and have stayed at a Heron House property for the past four years. We have stayed at the Heron House Court twice and the Heron House twice. Love both properties. We prefer the location of the Heron House Court as it is closer to Schooner's Wharf where we start our day at the 7am Happy Hour plus the Court has a hot tub and is a little less expensive. Heron House Court does not have nightly wine like the Heron house but we are always at Mallory Square for the sunset celebration so we always missed the free wine.

“Great hotel for our plans.”

This place was an extremely nice place to stay for our purposes. My wife and I are avid walkers and love to explore new places. This was our first visit to Key West and wanted a clean and convenient place to stay. It was very close to Duval and Mallory Square. A 10-15 minute walk to any of the places we wanted to be. We traveled with two other couples. One stayed at the Pier House and the other at the nearby Hyatt. I must say both the Pier House and Hyatt offered a much more "vacationey" atmosphere on the waterfront with a balcony overlooking the ocean. We liked the feel of those hotels also but saved about $600 at the Heron house over our 4 night stay. We would definately stay at the Heron House again because there is so much to do in Key West and my wife and I spend very little time in our room. After another visit or two we may prefer the comfort and feel of a hotel room on the ocean but for now we were very content with the Heron House as a nice, clean place to sleep and have a light complimentary breakfast before going out on the town each morning. One last thing, Roman, was the innkeeper at the house during our entire stay and was very helpful in pointing out various places to see and things to do. Whether they were his favorites or just suggestions based on what we told him we were interested in seeing he always came through. He was a wealth of information, a nice guy and a very interesting person to talk to. We would recommend this hotel.

“So Special”

Why go to the Bahamas?I just returned from a wonderful 2 night stay at this charming bed and breakfast. Every inch of the property is beautiful both inside and out. The pool area is very private and relaxing and the rooms are clean, charming and more than comfortable. Every detail is well thought-out from breakfast in the quaint lobby each morning to wine and snacks by the jacuzzi in the evening. A rare added bonus...the staff appreciates your business and they truly have your best interest at heart. They seem to really enjoy chatting with their guests!

We absolutely loved Key West! We were very pleased with the customer service @ the Heron house court and will definitely return. I love the whole vibe of Key West, it was so relaxing and an anything goes kinda place! Maybe next time we'll check out there other location.

This was a fantastic hotel. It is perfectly located near to both nightlife on Duval Street (although the hotel is in a very quiet area) and also the harbour. Roman, the man who works there at the reception, is incredibly helpful and freindly, and gave us a real 'local insight' into the areas activities and restaurants,
