“Nice room and service”

The room was comfortable and clean. The staff was efficientive and friendly.

“Not a "resort", but a pretty nice place to stay”

Since we were staying for a week, a refrigerator/microwave was provided. Coffee was available in the lobby 24/7. Quality dining was available on-site, and across the street. The pool was clean, well-maintained and well-furnished. The mattress was a little firmer than I'm used to.

Room was spic and span and the hotel staff could not have bee more friendly and accommodating. Absolutely would stay there again and urge friends to stay there also.

“wonderfull stay”

nice, clean and cozy. a wonderfull surprise at the middle of our way to Key west liked the rooms and the breakfast. there is a nice pool too.

“Besides not getting "our room" we would go back”

I wasnt happy with the room location. we booked two months in advance and specifically asked for 3rd floor over the pool. There were 18 suites over the pool and only two over the front parking lot. We got 2nd floor parking lot view.Besides that, everything was great about our stay. The hotel was very clean and efficiently run. The breakfast buffet was good Internet room was good, workout room was small but good, pool area was nice. A nice little restaurant/bar was next door. Next door to that was a nice gift shop with boat rentals, etc. The kayaks were half the price from what we are used to where we live. Marathon is ideally located between Key Largo and Islamorada and Key West. We went both directions and and they both were relatively short drives (around an hour or so). We would recommend this place and would go back ourselves.

Good quality for the price free breakfast added bonus and not too bad maybe a bit limited variety but enough to get you going for the day. Clean rooms only downside isthe walls are a bit on the thin side

Nice new hotel, good location in mid marathon. Staff helpful and polite. Unable to check in early but staff directed me to pool area and where to change. nice gym. good food buffet in the am.

The hotel was good clean and well maintain hotel. It is central to a lot of thing in the Marathon Key area. I would recommend it.

Hotel opened in October 2010. Still has that newly-constructed smell. Great breakfast included and excellent pool area.
