“Great Downtown (Old Town) location at Mallory Square area”

Nice and cozy condo and right downtown where all the action is. You are within walking distance to numerous restaurants and attractions. This is the way to go especially if you are staying a week or more.

“Extremely helpful and friendly staff, good value for money”

The airline lost our luggage unfortunately, but the staff performed above and beyond - they provided tips on where to shop, called the airport at intervals to get status updates, arranged for rental car transportation, ... A+ for client service. The hotel lacks a bar service near the relatively small pool.

Been going to Key West during Christmas for several years and this was the first time we stayed at the Hyatt. It certainly won't be our last! Everything was just great from the rooms, location, and staff. Highly recommend!

“Perfect location and great hotel!”

No, it's not a 5-star top-of-the-line resort. But if you're in Key West, want to be within walking distance of everything, have very nice accommodations, a great pool, good service, and not break the bank, this is the spot. I loved it and will return, hopefully before the end of the year. I can't see staying anyplace else. Wonderful vacation.

“Great Location, Friendly Staff”

The Hyatt is located within easy walking distance of Duval St, Mallory Square, Hemingway's house and the Wharf. It was a beautiful spot for a quick trip to Key West. The staff was really friendly and let us check out a little late and keep our parking card for hours after checkout, which was really convenient. Very nice place!

“Convenient and Cozy”

My husband and I just returned from the Hyatt Sunset Harbor, after a 4 day trip to Key West to celebrate his 40th birthday. We had not stayed at this resort before, but could not have been happier. The hotel staff were extremely nice and helpful. We stayed in a 2 bedroom condo unit, which was spacious, airy and lovely. When booking the package, I worried that we might be subjected to high pressure sales pitches (since this is a timeshare resort). It turned out my worries were for nothing; we weren't bothered by that at all. We will definitely stay at the Hyatt Sunset Harbor again.

Would recomend to anyone for their caring attitude, laid back approach (no pressure tactics) overall caracter of the prpperty, and general appeal . Their staff is one of the best I've ever encountered from front desk to housekeeping.

I have stayed in a lot high end guesthouses in Key West. For my birthday I needed many rooms for my guests and the smaller places could not accommodate my request. I was worried we would not have a true "Key West" experience in a large hotel but I was wrong. I rented six, two bedroom condos for my guests at the Hyatt Sunset Harbor. It was a pleasant surprise. The hotel is right on the harbor by Mallory Square and has in/out parking for a minimal fee, which is excellent if you have ever tried to find parking in Key West! The rooms were awesome. One bathroom had a great jacuzzi tub and each room had a nice porch overlooking the harbor. Flat screen tv's in each bedroom and the living room and a full kitchen. You really can't beat this place. It's next door to Truman's Little White House and within walking distance to everything. I highly recommend it and would stay there again. You don't feel like you are staying in a big hotel at all!
