“Really Nice Place”

The rooms were large and clean. The grounds were really very pretty, and the hotel is close to the main drags of Duval Street and Mallory Square. The only drawback was the hotel's proximity to the cruise ship docks.

“Good, But not Great”

I loved the location of the hotel, right near Duval St and Mallory Square...Could walk to everything. However, our room was right across the street from a hotel which had deliveries at ALL hours of the night which were plainly heard. Beeping trucks and loading merchandise were not a welcome sound at 2 AM. Get a room in back of the hotel.

“Great Location”

Overall I was very satiisfied with the hotel. The location while hard to find along the water was fantastic. Parking was $15 a day, but convient. Pool area was very nice. Be aware that the single suite has no balcony but was still very nice.

“BEWARE of One Bedroom Studio”

The "One Bedroom Studio" was no more than a hotel room with a king bed, two small chairs at the foot of the bed, a small microwave and a small refrigerator. We expected more with a description of "One Bedroom Studio." There is a reason the rate seems too good to be true! Location is convienient to Duvall St & Old Town.

“Can't wait to go back”

This is a nice place and area to stay in Key West. It was our first trip to the Key's and we loved it. It is located less than two blocks from the heart of shopping, entertainment, and the sunset celebration so no car or other transportation needed. If you want to go to the beach there are several around the island. The rooms were fresh smelling and nice(alot nicer than I had axpected). I was afraid since it stated it was a timeshare resort we would be hounded by the concierge. We were not in the hotel long enough for them to bother us. They did leave a note on our door that they missed us and left a message on our phone to call which we did not do and we did not ask for any coupons as they are free all around town and if you don't want to bother with the concierge then don't bother them. Laundry facility on-site a plus and ice/pop machines. We had a one bedroom suite which had a microwave, toaster, coffe pot, and refrigerator which was nice to help with snacks or leftovers. No hidden fees when we left. We did have to pay $15.00 a day to park in the garage across the street but unlimited access per day for one charge. We parked the car and walked pretty much everywhere. Use the soap and toiletries suppled as they smell awesome. Have fun. We can't wait to go back.

“Excellent Location”

Location, location, location! Walk to restaurants, bars, Mallory Square, and sights. The pool was comfortable and clean; the room was well-maintained. We had booked a room with a balcony and did not have one; try to get one--the view over the harbor is beautiful!

“great location”

Rooms and services are reasonable, although I was expecting more for the price. The grounds are very nicely landscaped and hotel even has a small beach and a turtle pond. The greatest advantage is location - close to all touristy attractions, but very private at the same time.

“Repeat Trip”

We stayed at Sunset Harbor last year and were pleased to find it again! Four people in the 2 bedroom condo had more than enough room. The pool area is beautiful with views of the harbor and cruise ships. You can walk to Duval in less than 5 minutes. We never used the taxi sysrem except to and from the airport. There is no local beach and the furniture is a little shabby but otherwise there are no downfalls.

“GREAT LOCATION”

THE LOCATION IS PERFECT! YOU CAN WALK TO THE DUVAL STREET SCENE,THEN QUIETLY RELAX AT THE HOTEL POOL AND VIEW THE WATERFRONT. IT'S ALSO CONVENIENT FOR WATER ACTIVITIES.
