“Everything was great!”

This was a beautiful hotel. The rooms were excellent, pool was great, excellent view of the ocean from our unit. Would go back in a heartbeat!

A relatively quiet location in Key West; first class amenities; low pressure service staff; great pool - no restaurant on site (this can be a plus). Views from our rooms were superb.

We thoroughly enjoyed our hotel stay even though it was very short. The only drawback was that it was off the beaten path and we had to drive to get to the action. But having a convertible to drive made it all worthwhile.

The place is great. Clean, quiet, relaxing. People at the front desk were extremely courteous and helpful. Everything in the room was exactly as we had expected. We would definitely stay here again.

This hotel was beautiful. Very nice rooms and very clean. Great pool,the snack bar food is very good and the workers are so friendly and fun. Hotel staff very helpful and friendly.

“Very good ..but”

Road noise rather than planes was an issue. After two days of poor weather , day 3 allowed us to sit by the pool ...what a noise ..3 hours of hedge trimming and leaf blowing ..not impressed. Need transport as nothing in the area. Very well kept property and grounds ..very spacious apartment

“Wonderful stay”

This was our second stay at the Hyatt in Key West & it will be our choice if we return.Quiet,peaceful & relaxing.Away from the hub-bub,but close enough to enjoy town when ready.Friendly & accommendating staff a plus.

“Beautiful room”

We enjoyed our stay very much, but were surprised to find out the the day we arrived, the popular Shuttle Bus was no longer in service to take us around the island. This could put a damper on your transportation plans. You must use a cab ($$) to get anywhere downtown, since this hotel is on the opposite side of most of the activities. The Shuttle provided a cheap and convenient way to get around day or night, but, as I said, it is no longer running.. Just something to keep in mind. Otherwise, everything about the Hyatt was amazing. No complaints at all.
