No beach, no restaurants in walking distance. Standard room too small

Great LocationPosted Feb 21, 2015
We had a nice stay. Mike at the front desk was great. Pool area very open and clean with great water views. Covered parking was awesome. Room was a little out dated. No cupboard doors in kitchen which I thought was a little strange. Had holes for hinges but no doors. Not a big deal, just seemed cheap.

King suite with a view.Posted Feb 15, 2015
The room amenities for a king suite was wonderful. We enjoyed the view of the pool and ocean from our balcony. The area is a off the main side where the action is and we had to drive or rent a "Conch carrier" to get around. I would suggest that the hotel subscribe to a shuttle service.

Pros: nothing. would not stay there again or recommend it to any one
Cons: don't advertise what they don't have. retouched photos of resort and rooms not even close to what they actually have. TERRIBLE
Location: Not close to anything. Miles away from downtown area and any entertainment .
very disappointed in this "resort". more like a one star motel. room was terrible. photo of pool with a nice white sand beach behind it is misleading. the pool is located just off the major highway, and the white sand beach is across this road. very small area where a cold breakfast was available. We stayed only one night. found a much better place at the same rate.

Key West disappointmentPosted Jan 28, 2015
Pros: only stayed two nights
Cons: so so much
Location: Not far from the harbor of Key West. Convenient is one has a car.
This was the worst place we stayed our entire vacation. Twice we had to go back to the office to ask for new keys as ours would not open the door. (No, we did not put them next to cell phones etc!) The room, that was not cheap, was TINY and without a window. Next, there was no hot water. When I went to the office, they said "Oh, yes, that room is a bit tricky." A nice cleaner came up and showed me that C is for hot and H is for cold, and how to slam the faucet to turn it off. This place just made me tired. Other places we booked through Expedia were cheaper and less fancy sounding but provided better service. Staff not especially friendly except for the gal who checked us in.

Stay here only if you can't go to the MarriotPosted Jan 18, 2015
Surly man at desk on phone for 20 min does not greet guests. Treats you badly if you are ONLY renting a $280 single room instead of $600+ suite. No window and smells like strong disinfectant. Breakfast yuck.
