“Great place!”

First visit to Key West. Lexington was quite nice but been there awhile. Beautiful pool area. Their shuttle service to where all the action is was superb and eliminated all and any parking issues. It was probably overpriced but most hotels are in KW. I would stay here again.

i was my doubts when i read some previous reviews but no more. the hotel is much nicer than i imagined and the room was extremely nice. the grounds were very well maintained and the pool deck area was perfect. keep in mind it's a big part of a trip on how well you sleep and i must say i was on the back side and totally at peace. next store is the main trolley for the island and taxi fares are cheap. if you feel you must be in the middle of chaos then stay closer to downtown.... you will pay through the nose for it though. i can't imagine staying any where else next time..... this was my 7th trip there always in a differant location. i found where i want to be.

We flew from Indianapolis to Orlando and Orlando into Key West. As soon as you walk across the air field, you're welcomed by the airport into a wonderful tropical atmosphere. The airport is small, the staff are courteous, friendly and extremely helpful. There was no wait time for anything! It was easy to pick up our rental car and the upgrade was very inexpensive. The hotel was very nice and just what we needed. It is located on the very busy and congested Route 1, but you are only minutes away from anywhere you want to be by being on the main island's route. The only thing that happened with the hotel is that our door handle came off one night. By 9 a.m. the next morning, maintenance was in our room resolving the problem. The check-in at the airport to depart was simple. They are one of the only few airports that have a smoking hub outside. It was such a tease to walk outside and see a small beach area and waterfall to say goodbye to. The only issue we had with our return flight home is that our connecting flight in Orlando to Indianapolis was 2 hours late. The pilot came over the speakers and told us the delay was from mechanical issues. I would have rather been lied to because I'm anxious about flying. This vacation was a dream come true and I recommend it to anyone.

The hotel was rated a 3 in Key West....so I wasn't expecting anything above a 2.5....my general experience in Key West. It was a great place...and I'd give it a 4 star rating. From the front desk attendant upon arrival to Georgia at the outside bar....it was a wonderful experience....and it was immaculate. Great value for the price!

Hotel Key West is in the perfect spot for all kinds of activities in the Keys. It's close to the beach and just a quick shuttle ride into Old Town. It's away from the in-town chaos and still so close to the fun!

My husband and I enjoyed our stay. Our room was clean. The staff friendly and professional. The hotel is located in the middle of the island and is very convenient to everything. We are going back for our anniversary in late December.
