“Lime Tree Review”

We enjoyed our brief stay at Lime Tree. A lot of work had been recently completed. New sidewalks and walkways welcome visitors with outside tables, chair,s and hammocks beckoning for for you attention. Lots of palm and coconut tress, and an awesome view of the Gulf side. The beds were clean and comfortable, and the overall decor and colors selected complemented the Key West feel and atmosphere. Jet ski and boat rental is available next door. An elevated swimming pool is also available. Their is a walled swimming area with Gulf water, which lacks proper maintenance is somewhat uninviting. The beach area does have a lot of rocks, as does the walled swimming area. There is a beautiful pier with a set of chairs which would compliment any time of day. The only thing that seemed to need some attention in the rooms is the hot water when taking showers. If you flush a toilet or someone turns on the sink to brush their teeth, be prepared to exit the shower. A small inconvenience that could be eliminated with the instant hot water heaters at each room. Other than that, I recommend staying at this quaint little inn. Its not perfect, but what is? The owners seemed to have worked hard to ensure a comfortable stay. And while they are very close to having a perfect little hideaway, a little tweaking here and there will push their business over the top.

“Great Little Hotel”

We stayed here for a few days over Thanksgiving. The staff was very friendly and the water was nice. If you are looking for a beach, the state park is right across the street. The free kayak rentals are awesome! There's also a jetski/boat rental place right next door. Overall, we loved the place and will be back here next year.

“Great Place to relax, view is unbeatable”

Nice place to just go and chill, nothing fancy, but the view is worth the trip. Good value for the money.

“Tropical Paradise:”

Beautiful location. The rooms were gorgeous, comfortable and efficient. I would have stayed here my entire time in the Keys if I had known how nice it was going to be. The bed was extra comfortable. I hated to climb out it the next morning. For the price, you can't beat the value!

“Dockside suite was great!”

We stayed in the one bedroom dockside suite. Very nice rooms, spacious and comfortable. The suite was next to a gas station, but you'd never know it. Peace and quiet and plenty of good private hang out space. Watched Manatees frolic in the canal in the morning. A quick walk across the street to get to the main resort area beach and pool. We liked being away from the crowd. Beautiful spot located in a quiet area of the keys!

“Our stay at Lime Tree Bay!”

It was a 3 bedrooms, 3 full baths townhouse! Everyone had their privacy and made our family vacation comfortable and absolutely pleasant!!! Great stay with Great views and steps away from bayside and awesome sunsets!! We'll go again!

“Amazing, I want to go back every year!”

This was a fabulous place to stay and a great rate. Our room was right on the beach (i think all the rooms are very close by or have a view). We walked out, had a little porch and a few steps we were on the beach. Although this part of the keys, you can't really go right in the water right there (because of the coral)...you can walk to a location where you can snorkel, kayak, jet ski, etc. The pool was AMAZING. It was elevated and had a beautiful deck that overlooked the beautiful crystal clear water! Amazing to see the sunset here too. Parking was free. There were cute little thatch covered private areas where you can read and gaze at the beautiful view. There were also hammocks and a community firepit and outdoor cooking area. Our room had a kitchen which was very well stocked as far as utensils, dishes, pots and pans. The only negative was that the bathroom was a bit small but compared to every other great thing about this place, it was a small sacrifice. We didn't want to leave! I recommend this place to anyone who wants to feel like you are at a resort in the carribbean!

“Looking Forward to returning”

My fiancee', sister and her fiancee' and myself had a great time at the resort. My sister and her future husband flew to Florida to visit us and were totally impressed with the resort and it's location. Nice to be able to have a pool and the ocean to swim in. The owner's were very friendly and willing to help with any request.

“Nice and Quiet”

My wife and I have stayed at this hotel various times. The hotel is nice, clean, well located, and has a good price. The rooms are big and they have remodelled kitchens. The bathrooms probably need remodeling, but they are fine. It's a nice place to relax since there's a pool, jacuzzi, and a pier to fish. Also has various areas to sit by the ocean and have a drink or chat.
