Nothing like their website pics. When we walked in the unit we were greeted by a dead roach. I later killed a live one. The a/c never got below 77 degrees. The beach is a couple of hundred yards from the complex.

Check in was quite complicated. It must be done 1 mile away from the building. No housekeeping. You must do your beds and clean the towels.

This was a fantastic place to stay for our family of five!!!! This was not just an efficiency, but a full two bedroom apartment that was part of a lovely set of condos. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The beds were SO comfortable my daughter said her bed felt like being wrapped in a hug. We had a beautiful view of the ocean from our fourth floor apartment. The kids loved the large heated pool and enjoyed splashing around at the beach area. We definitely would like to return!!

The property itself was very nice. Great view of the water, private beach, great pool and tennis area. The unit itself that we stayed in was ok, but the kitchen, and appliances were in bad shape. It seriously needs an overhaul. Front patio door was in tough shape and the door itself needs to be replaced. I don’t think anybody has done work on this place since it was built. Kitchen supplies were in rough shape as well. One of the frypans handle was broken and made the pan useless. The glassware was a joke and there are NO cooking supplies. I hope the owner takes some responsibility and fixes the unit up. #5313

When we got there, the place was not equipped with bedding for 6 people as per our reservation, but no more than 15 minutes after I called the costumer service to request for pillows and blanket they were sent to the room. My family and I really enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub. Everything in the apartment was clean and was in good condition.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The unit that we stayed in was very nice and clean. It had everything that we needed. The only thing that is stopping me from giving it a 5 star rating is the overwhelming smell of cat urine and feces that we experienced when we walked out of our unit. We were in building 4 and there is a large amount of feral cats and raccoons that live at the back of the building and the smell was terrible. That being said as soon as we got out of the building we didn’t get the smell and it definitely didn’t carry inside the unit.

Check in was very quick and easy. The check in employee was extremely friendly and provided useful information about local attractions, restaurants, etc. Our condo AC needed to be serviced and a tech arrived within minutes after I called the office to report the problem. The AC issue was resolved in less than 10 minutes. The kitchen was not very well appointed, but the basics were provided (no mixing bowl, cutting board, baking sheet but there were pans, cups, bowls, plates and silverware). If you plan to cook, make sure to bring everything you may need. The property was very clean, the condo was very comfortable, the views were magical, and the nightly raccoon fest I observed from the balcony was highly entertaining.

Place was clean and fit our purpose of full kitchen and 2 baths for1adult and 2 teenagers. Did not like that office was mile from facility. No on-site info available for area, also pool concessions closed with no vending. Same as to small beach restaurant. Given a handout at check-in with some suggestions but that was it. We did use jet ski recommendation who was excellent and also half day charter fishing capt was excellent.

The grounds were beautiful and the beachfront was lovely. The unit itself was not well maintained. The walls were patched and unpainted in many places. The toilet barely flushed and the dryer squeaked so loudly, you could not hold a conversation. The appliances were quite old although they did work. For this amount of money, the unit should have been a lot nicer.

This was an end unit and had nice views. But it was not cleaned well. The sofa bed sheet had not been cleaned and there were no extras in the unit. Guest services did not have any either and said they would take care of it the next day. But we weren't sleeping on dirty sheets. We had to get soap and start washing them or wait until the overnight team arrived on the other side of the property. We did both and we were glad we did because they didn't have any extra blankets. We had to wait for things to dry before we could go to sleep. The floor and other things were very dirty too. You had to brush the dirt off your feet before getting into bed or putting your shoes on. The sliding door didn't lock either. The pool was very nice though. Great potential, just needs better cleaning!!!

Customer service had an. I don't care attitude. It is what it is you get what you get and you don't get upset. The room had 2 beds and a sofa bed. It had a Queen the mattress was horrible caving in the middle . The other was 2 twins combinesmd tat was ok. The sofa bed was also horrible the top of the bed was bent down so head always in an angle backwards kids haf hard time sleeping the cirtains and, comforter ext room in general dirty.. The bathroom door looked like somebody had touched it down. WI had to wipe it down with Clorox. Wipe just to make my wife more comfortable and it did come off. So there was a bad job in the cleaning of the room.. Fortunately it was just one night we'll never go back

Definitely recommend!
Our stay was amazing, I wish I would have booked us for longer. The beds were very comfortable, the view was to die for, and the gated property was very clean and safe. I would not hesitate to stay here again and again! The private beach area was small but nice and the pool was big and heated.

We went out for the night and came back to a puddle on the floor. It was late so we didn’t want to move as we were leaving the next morning . My wife called them and talked to someone that night but never got a call back about compensation. Before we left it got worse. No maintenance on the property till later in the day.
