“Excellent stay”

We booked at the Orchid Key Inn after learning that it was the number one rated hotel on Trip Advisor. We are very glad we did. The staff is friendly, the hotel impeccable and recently renovated, the location great, the decor of the rooms tasteful. The continental breakfast was very good with fresh ingredients. The rooms are on the small side compared to other hotels and the hotel is a bit pricey, but I guess you get what you pay for. Overall, we highly recommend the Orchid Key Inn. If we can, we will go back.

“good stuff”

The place was great. Staff was super nice, rooms were as described and very clean and comfortable. the bed was SO comfortable, the towels were amazing! Hotel was in walking distance of everything you need in Key West. The complimentary breakfast and happy hour cocktails were an added bonus and delicious!

This small hotel provided us with everything we envisioned on our first trip to Key West. The breakfast and Happy Hour were a welcome addition. The pool was beautiful.

“Orchid Key, Amazing Hotel”

I was a bit worried with Orchid Key not being a main chain hotel, but was I pleasantly surprised. It was a great hotel at a wonderful location right on Dual Street at a walkable distance to everything in Key West, FL. Would highly recommend this as a place to stay. Comfy stay and great people. The only drawback probably is the choice at breakfast. But you have a Denny's right opposite.

“Beautiful place”

The hotel is beautiful and well done. It was recently renovated. The hotel was small and quiet. The hotel rooms were small, but well decorated and very clean. Great location - on the quiet end of Duval Street. The breakfast is good and the happy hour is very nice. I would highly recommend the hotel.

“A perfect place to stay in Key West”

Me and my wife stayed just one night at the Orchid Key Inn last November and I have nothing but the best to say about the hotel. Clean, comfortable, perfect location, excelent service and friendly staff. We were checked in by Sean who was very friendly and welcoming the whole time, providing general tips on where to go and what to see in the city. I would definetly recomend this hotel to anyone who can afford it when traveling to Key West.

“A bit overpriced...”

This hotel is right in the middle of everything! We arrived very late because of weather-caused flight delay and the office was closed. With just a simple telephone call, though, help came quickly. The room was nice and clean. The wireless internet did not work. When I inquired about it, I was given a code and it still didn't work. Eventually, on our last day, the management must have reset the router and we had wireless internet for the last twelve hours of our stay. (I didn't change anything with my computer.) The bed was too soft and saggy for my tastes, perhaps others like that sort of thing. The free breakfast is barely passable. There is a Denny's nearby, however. We stayed Wed through Fri night. The first two nights were very quiet, but on Friday night we were awakened with frequent sirens (police? ambulance?). Perhaps this is to be expected.

“Perfect”

Top notch. Quiet and quaint. Great location. Walked everywhere we wanted to go. Great staff. Couldn't have been happier. Went to key west having never been there, would definately stay there again.

“Loved it!”

We loved the Orchid Key Inn. The only suggestion I would make is that it is a bit noisey near Duval Street. In the future I would make sure I had a room closer to the pool. The bed was very comfortable and the shower, while a bit on teh low pressure side was very pleasant and modern. I can't say enough about how nice the decor suited us and how well we were treated by the staff. Great suggestions on our excursions and dining choices.
