“Will stay there again next year”
Staff very helpful and courteous. The townhome we had was very clean (and I am a germ phobe and clean freak) and nicely decorated. Conveniently located as is only a 5 minute cab ride (approx $11.00 per trip) to Duval Street. It is also located across the street from a shopping center with a food store. Additionally , there is a 24/hr day Walgreen's next door. Would definitely recommend staying here.
“Can't wait to go back”
Parrot Key gets my highest recommendation. The three-storey, waterfront cottages are beautiful, clean and new. Awesome for families -- very spacious, well-appointed, full kitchen with new appliances. Walk out the door and the kids are playing in the sand, lounging in the sun. (The poolside cottages look nice too, but are smaller and not directly on the beach) There are four pools of various sizes, the largest has a nice bar. There's a decent gym, free laundry, a Walgreens, grocery and other conveniences right across the street. The staff was super friendly. Overall, an awesome place to stay, especially for families. The only drawbacks are that the pools are closed at dark and the hotel is a bit too far from Duval Street to walk. We rented a car and parking downtown is a bit of a pain, but not too bad. In hindsight, we would probably just rent bikes or scooters.
“Privacy and highest service level”
The best place for silent rest. Very private place with perfect service. The best room I have ever seen in U.S. resorts
“Awesome Key West Property!”
We were very pleasantly surprised by the location, cleanliness, amenities and more that this hotel had to offer. Our "concierge" was extremely helpful in arranging a scooter (must do on the island!) and a jet ski trip. All were accomodating and the property was in very good condition. The onsite restaurant didn't have a ton of selection to choose from, but the service and food were outstanding nonetheless. I'd definitely stay there again and we're already planning our next Keys trip to include the Parrott Key!
“Hidden Gem Sandwiched Between Shopping Center Chain Stores”
This is a terrific place. The rooms are absolutely gorgeous. They are new, modern spotless and luxurious. The service was great but I thought they could have used some extra help at check -in. The clerk at the check-in was alone and additional help was needed. She was very efficient however and we were in our room promptly. When our AC wasn't functioning up to par, they switched us to a full house, with three bedrooms. The place is situated alongside a Walgreens. Several chain stores are along this commercial strip. However, when you drive into Parrot Key, you would never know it. It is an oasis, with 4 swimming pools, surrounded by palm trees and wonderful landscaping. In some ways being near everything was great. Restaurants, pharmacies, even a Home Depot is close by. For kids, this might be an advantage, especially if you need something in an emergency or left something home. It is a 10 minute drive to the center of town from here.

“Great hotel”
Just what we were looking for. We traveled down with two small children (8 & 5). The hotel is located outside the old town area so you'll need to take a car, moped or a taxi to hit all the great tourist spots in old Key West. But as far as the hotel itself, it's terrific. Very spacious with all the ammenities.
“Parrott Key - Key West”
Very nice!
“Really nice and relaxing place!”
We arrived and were given an upgrade to a brand new (looking) 2 bedroom condo with water view! The unit was very clean, very comfortable and nicely decorated. We had 2 small decks- one with a view of the gulf and canal, the other a view of the pool. The hotel is across the street from restaurants, coffee, grocery and other shopping which was very covenient. There are 4 small pools and a small gym- all well maintained. The staff was friendly and very helpful with recommendations in the area. The hotel was very quiet and serene. The only issues... the maid "missed" cleaning our room and the hotel is almost 2 miles north of the historical downtown (Duvall St) area. If you have a car it is not a problem. Taxis are plentiful- but next time we'd rent bikes or scooters to go back & forth! Also- no beach nearby, so need to travel a bit to get into the water.
“Beautiful rooms, very relaxing”
When we booked the trip we didn't think about it being college spring break. There were some college students there, but it wasn't a party place. The rooms are beautiful, and the way they have it set up, with both front and back doors, allows guests to sit by one of the four pools during the day without hearing the housekeepers going in and out of rooms. The staff was very friendly, and helpful in making suggestions about where we should go. The pools were clean and very pleasant and the food/drinks at the cafe/bar were terrific. Don't let the location on U.S. 1 fool you ... it is convenient to the airport but despite the location on a busy road, you don't hear any traffic. They have designed the landscaping in a way to provide an excellent buffer to outside noise, so it was quiet whether we were outside by the pool, taking a mid-afternoon nap, or sleeping at night. Would highly recommend Parrot Key, and have already started planning a trip back for next year!
