“Landscape is wonderful”

Although this is and older hotel it is maintained really well, its very quaint and relaxing. We were there during the week so it was very quiet. I would definatley reccomend this and I will be returning. Compared to the others in the area...you cant go wrong staying here!

I spent a week with family and friends. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We had both a standard marina-view room and an ocean-front efficiency. The grounds and both rooms were spotless. There were no hints of any bugs or odors in either room. I have one recommendation. You should spend the extra cash and get an ocean-front room. We enjoyed our breakfasts on our ocean-front balcony. Every morning, we experienced a beautiful vista of water, birds and the offshore fishing boats cruising out past Alligator Light and towards the Gulf Stream.

Pelicon Cove Resort is a lovely place. In a lovely area, people friendly always willing to help advise etc. Pool, jacuzzi, lagoon all great. Rooms are fairly spacious & they are cleaned everyday to a good standard. The only thing we did not use was the Cabana bar by the pool, this was very expensive, there was a drinks machine around the back of the bar and a bottle of water was $2.00 but if you purchased it at the bar it was $4.00, but of a cheek really, so hence we didn't use the bar! Islamorada was a great central place to stay if you are visiting the Keys and want to explore them all. We loved it & did not want to come home!

My husband and I recently stayed at Pelican Cove Resort for R&R only. He wanted to fish and I wanted to relax. This is the place to come to for that! Great location. Directly on the water. Our room was perfect for us. Bed was comfortable. Room was slightly outdated but considering the price was well worth the value. We rented a boat on site for half day and had a fabulous time. My husband fished with a charter right outside our door at the marina. Just perfect :)

“See you again next year”

We just returned from 6 days of complete r&r. The Pelican Cove was an important part of that. It is located near lots of "lively places" which afford you the party atmosphere if that's your thing. The beauty of Pelican Cove is it's secluded and peaceful setting. It's the best of both worlds. Staff was friendly and helpful and the ocean front suite was great! Will definitely stay here again next year. Everything you need to have a great vacation is found at this resort.

“Great views and relaxing outdoor space”

Although the room itself was on the small side, there was a great balcony space with two chairs and a table and plenty of room to move them around. The windows on three sides of the room open, and create a great cross-breeze, not to mention a spectacular view over the ocean.

“Extremely Satisfied”

My friend and I stayed at Pelican Cove for 3 nights. The resort was wonderful - pretty, clean, spacious room, beautiful views, nice pool and whirlpool. The plantings around the property were very interesting as well. I found the staff to be welcoming and attentive. We also found the location to be very convenient to everything nearby - restaurants, water sports, etc. We would most certainly stay there again at our next opportunity.
