“Great vacation”

The location of your hotel was one of the highlights as it was so close to all the sites. Like on Duval Street and the Pier during the evening entertainment. Not to mention CVS right across the street for those emergences.

“Can't wait to go back!”

The hotel was wonderful; the only problem was there is no elevator in the building we stayed at so it was difficult to get the luggage up and down steps. But overall, hotel was great and so was Key West. Booking annual trip from now on!

“GREAT choice”

PIer House was a perfect stay in Key West. It's location is within close proximity of everything you want to do. The room was a great size and very comfortable. The staff was helpful and polite. Being that Key West does not have many beaches, it was nice to have a private beach. I would definitely recommend and would return in future stays.

“The Gulf was wonderful the help was very pleasent, had a wonderful time!”

Never spent the night in Key West but if you do this is the place to go, the help was so nice and everything you need is within walking distance. The little private beach is all you need to get sun and fun, I even had the pleasure of seeing a manatee who swam right by me in the water it was amazing!!!! Quiet peaceful few days of fun and sun, gym was good too!!!

“Wonderful location”

This is our fourh visit to Key Wesy and by far the Pier House tops the list of places to stay. Location, location, location is a feature we enjoy, just park the car and you are right in the heart of where the action is.

“Absolutely Amazing!”

We went to the Pier House for out honeymoon and it was way better than any of the pictures or reviews I read. The location is perfect for all the action. Its within walking distance to Mallory Square and al the resturants, bars, and shops on Duval Street! The hotel its self was very clean and nice. All the staff was helpful and friendly. We would definately go back and stay there again! Its also the hotel/resort with the biggest beach in Key West. We were very happy with our stay!!

I found this hotel to be very comfortable and friendly. My room was very nice. Really enjoyed the "spa treatments" and would definitely go again. The food was good although on two ocasions not very good service. All and all would definitely recommend this hotel. Ideal location for everything.

“Keep coming back”

Had a wonderful time once again at The Pier House: the staff is attentive, the service prompt, the facilities beautiful.. and oh those Key West sunsets! I've been staying there several times a year for the past five years and simply love the place. Already trying to nail down my schedule for next spring to book another trip. See you there, first beer at the Chart Room is on me :)

“Great location - Wonderful staff”

We stayed in a Spa room, which was sunny, clean & gorgeous, although the view could have been better. The hotel is perfectly situated for exploring Duval Street and the many restaurants and bars that make Key West a tourist mecca. It was a bit noisy at night -- from the myriad Harleys on the strip and off-key cover bands in surrounding establishments -- but the mornings were glorious (we had great weather!). The staff were attentive, courteous and friendly, although they did forget the wake-up call our last morning. Overall, though, a great place, and we're definitely going back!
