Fun, but needs refurbishment.Posted Jul 2, 2014
Pros: Location, access to great little marina/fishing boats, access to dining, view from our room was awesome, employees very nice, lots of activities.
Cons: new beds, adhere to turning music down at 11pm, needs painting, floors are chipped, doors are chipped, AC tries to get to 61 but can't achieve it
Location: Great fishing, great dining, lots of watersports on site. SUP, jet skis, small boat rentals, gift shops, access to backcountry & deep sea fishing
Lots of things to do. Great location. Noisy. Music throbbed till 1 am on Friday nite. Rooms smell like hemp (headboards are made of rope and w/ humidity they smell), bathrooms are pretty beat up, could use some paint, doors don't seal so hard to totally cool room. It is an old structure….but it was still a fun place to stay. A little pricey for what you get. Could use new beds.

Post Card Inn at Holiday IslePosted Jun 27, 2014
Pros: Pretty grounds, nice decor, everything is close and convenient.
Cons: Bathrooms need to be updated.
Location: Kayak, jet ski, snorkel, boat trips, Theater of the Sea very close.
We had a great stay at this hotel. The grounds are pretty. There is a good restaurant right on site (Shula's 2). We rented kayaks from a company on the grounds. We took a snorkel trip from the marina adjacent to the hotel. It was a stay in paradise and we can't wait to go back!

Great place bad customer servicePosted Jun 23, 2014
Pros: Scenery location was close to everything
Cons: Customer service at hotel staff very rude to everyone
Location: Theater of the sea was great especially if you have kids they have a lot on the resort to do
We checked in and the front desk was the rudest people i ever met.they bad mouthed expedia said we could not get the room we reserved and told us oh well there are no refunds so we where forced to stay.but that was it. The resort was beautiful the 3 bars where just right food was really good marina was nice and pool was great views hallways where loud at night but the place was clean as a whistle the clean the beach everyday bartenders where friendly and after 11 it was quiet

Just OK place to stayPosted Jun 20, 2014
Pros: The ocean and pool facilities, as well as the friendliness of staff.
Cons: Security, cleanliness, bathroom fans
Location: The hotel was on the ocean, sand there were many activities available; fishing charters, jet skis, restaurants and shopping.
While the ocean and multiple pool facilities were a plus, the rest was lacking. The room was not the cleanest, and it was smaller than anticipated. The air conditioner was loud and made it difficult to sleep. The lack of a bathroom fan was a serious drawback. The lock on the outer door was missing, so security was not the best.

Not worth the price.Posted Jun 15, 2014
Pros: The view and the tiki bar.
Cons: Finish the remodel and keep your promises when Families quest rooms close to one another. I call and they confirmed the room were connected.
Location: We went to Islamorada Fish Company each nigh it was fantastic.
I had reserved two rooms close to one another because my mother was elderly and she wanted to be closed to her family. The one room was old and warm because the a/c was lacking freon. I guess? The second room was a cottage that was average but the view was nice. I was stuck with extra taxes and resort fees when I checked out plus a 100.00 deposit that was put on my credit car just in case you order anything or damaged the room. I live on the West coast of Florida and this hotel was just Average for the money you pay. I would recommend the Cheeca Resort down the road that is worth every penny. Some people were complaining upon check out charges placed on there Credit Card that were not authorized by the cardholder. This place is being remodeled so request a remodeled room if you stay there.

Nice place but not for those not wanting to partyPosted Jun 9, 2014
Pros: Variety of activities to do.
Cons: The noise level of the bar where rooms are adjacent. Do not place people in rooms over marina unless they are fisherman.
Location: Jet skis, playing with dolphins, swimming, boat rental
Nice place, many activities to do. However the excess of bars on premise with the experience of hearing them well into the night and then to be woken before 7am by the marina boats was not a relaxing experience for me. I would come play for the day but stay elsewhere unless I was there to party.
