“Great Times in Key West”

Great hotel! We were checked in promptly upon arrival. The front desk was awesome. Concerigo went above and beyond. The room was very, very nice. Housecleaning came to spruce up room when we were not in the room. Breakfast was great, didn't eat lunch or dinner in the restaurant. Awesome hotel! Hotel close to airport, which was nice, but not too far away from everything in Key West.

“Great Family Friendly Hotel”

We live in South Florida so this was just a one-night Saturday stay with my parents, husband, and 20-month old toddler. The room was clean and as for layout there was a separate bedroom, large walk-through bathroom, kitchen/dining area and living room. The 'door' separating the BR from the LR wasn't a solid door, though, just a sliding slatted panel door so if you're looking to gain some 'privacy' with separate rooms this won't cut it. As for sleeping, my husband and I slept on the L-sofa which was comfortable and long enough. We didn't even take out the pull-out sofa bed, and I'm 5'1" and my husband is 6'2" (you curl your legs a little). The room had extra pillows and a comforter in the closet, but not extra sheets so request that from guest services if you feel you need it. We brought our own pack-n-play for our toddler, but most hotels provide them as well - just ask. There was a small fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. And, there was no tub, just a shower, so our toddler showered with daddy - the floor was a little slippery since it was marble, but he did well. You have to sign up downstairs to take the free shuttle into town. But, we ended up driving ourselves to downtown, and even during January (busy time) it was easy to find parking and it was a short drive. Worked out better, too, cause my mom's arthritis keeps her from walking a lot and we ended up driving a little bit rather than walking to see the sights.

“Best motel in Key West!”

This was our second time at this motel. Having the best beach of the island right across the street and on the ocean side is probably the greatest asset!! Also being a little away from the crowds on Duval Street helps. Having plenty of towels & beach towels is nice. Afternoon cookies & mint limeades are nice too. Renting scooters for 18+ year olds gives them more options around the island. Best local cuban food is El Siboney Restaurant on Catherine & Margaret Street.

“So comfortable like being at home....”

It was like being at home. The bath and shower were huge--all areas were very spacious. Room insulation must be good as noise level from other rooms was rare. Air conditioning was silent while very efficient. Starbucks coffee for in-room coffee maker a plus--always replenished daily! Location is prime if you only like to 'visit' the touristy areas though you are a bit away from food & shopping. The running/walking/biking oceanside walkway was amazing!

“Great place to stay in Key West!”

Wonderful experience! Our room was clean, quiet and comfortable. Wonderful location, just across the street from Smathers Beach, which is a great place to enjoy the sand and beautiful water surrounding Key West. I would recommend this hotel without hesitation.

“Great and clean hotel!”

Great staff and very helpful. Clean and quiet hotel. Went with 2 small children who loved the pool and hot tub! Free shuttles to and from downtown and the airport were very convenient.

“Relaxing stay”

This hotel was very low-key and relaxing. The pool was great and the ocean is just across the street. The island is small and there is shuttle service available which makes the hotel's location very convenient. It was nice to have self-serve laundry on the premises as well. There was only one restaurant and no spa services, so if you are looking for those amenities, this may not be the hotel for you. This wasn't an issue for us because again, all the local restaurants, shops and spas were nearby. The staff was beyond friendly and accommodating. They really took care of us and helped make our trip even more enjoyable. We highly recommend this hotel and the staff.

“Great hotel in Key West”

Perfect location. Pool, Beach and out of the crazy downtown area. The concierge was very helpful in arranging day trips and activities. We had the option of going to the beach, hanging out at the pool and going downtown for dinner, snorkeling trip, touring local attractions or just walking around. We were able to drive downtown and find a parking space when we wanted to so we didn't use the hotel shuttle. Loved the suite where we had more than enough room. Would definitely stay there again.

“Awesome Resort”

The only minus is that this Sheraton is really close to the airport and planes landing are right over the tree tops. Very close to Smathers Beach, but a hike to Duval Street and the Key West night life...which is a plus or minus depending on your style. The staff and hotel were awesome...huge shower and very nice bathroom. The pool and pool bar/cafe was great. Food was excellent, service even better. I just wish we stayed longer at this property in Key West.
