Excellent and pleasing stay. The room was in an excellent condition. On the other side it is little expensive.

Outside of town but close to townPosted Apr 14, 2015
The concierge was fantastic. We rented bikes for 24 hours and went everywhere on them. There is a nice beach right across the street.

Perfect weekend in Key WestPosted Apr 4, 2015
Cons: Café, Restaurant,
We stayed in an OceanView suite. It's very spacious. My wife and I enjoyed breakfast in the balcony looking down beach and sea. Hotel is located in a good distance from old town for its quietness and beautiful beach. Shuttle drivers were courteous. We will certainly stay there next time.

Beautiful suitesPosted Apr 3, 2015
Paid the extra for oceanfront but actually there is a main road between you and the water (smathers beach, which is just an ok beach) Zachary Taylor state park has a much nicer beach. Room was beautiful and pool is awesome. However what they neglected to tell us was they were jack hammering poolside from early morning until 5:00pm. We left a day early-- not the place to relax that we were looking for especially at that price!

too expensive for small hotel room!Posted Mar 29, 2015
Pros: only the beach directly across the street
Cons: make rooms more spacious
I paid $1,700 for 3nights you would think you would a least have a spacious area but was very small, next time I will get a two bedroom for the amount of money I spent each night!

Honeymoon stayPosted Mar 25, 2015
The beach is right across the road first off. Which made our beach wedding just a walk away! The free shuttle service to and from downtown was amazing. Be sure to pick up free drink tickets from driver. Room was spacious, grounds were gorgeous, and the staff went out of there way for you.

Key West VacationPosted Mar 23, 2015
Pros: The hotel was clean, the hotel staff were helpful, and the rooms were nice.
Cons: The hotel was having construction at the pool at this wasn't relaxing when we had to sit and listen to drills, hammers and saws running all day.
Location: The hotel was located close to Duvall St and the beach which made it nice. We also had a shuttle provided by the Sheraton that made it nice as well.
We enjoyed out time in Key West, however our experience at the Sheraton wasn't as peaceful as we had expected. The hotel was having construction at the pool and this had it tough to relax when all you heard all day was loud noise from the construction crew in the bathrooms located at the pool. We had to call the front desk for towels on 3 occasions because the cleaning staff didn't provide us with towels. And when we got to the hotel we were informed that we would be charged a $25/day to use the shuttle service. This wasn't disclosed at the time of booking and was a surprise when we checked in.

Nice hotel, friendly staff, clean and well maintained. Only issue is the "resort fee and tax". It covered basically nothing that should not have been included in a first class resort. Shame on the Sheraton for nickel and dime charges!
