“Very impressed”

Didn't know what to expect but was very pleasantly surprised. Very convenient location, acommodating staff, nice clean rooms. Additionally - free parking, breakfast and wifi. Highly recommended.

“Perfect location for Walking”

This was the perfect place for us. We staded one night and felt like the hotel was in perfect walking distance to everything. We loved the airy feel to the rooms decor. Its a new hotel in the heart of old key west.

“Free Lemonade Is the Best!”

It was 99 degrees with like 90% humidity the whole time we stayed in Key West, so the free lemonade in the lobby was very much appreciated (also coffee/tea available too) The room was very clean, and comfortable. The front desk is polite and helpful, even when your boyfriend clogs the low-flow toilet (be careful if you are not accustomed to low-flow ones!) The hotel is in a good location for wandering all over the Old Town. We mostly walked, but you can find metered street parking if you feel like driving.

“Great Trip!”

We loved the Silver Palms Inn. Extremely clean and comfortable. Great Pool area. What we liked is that this was not a huge hotel chain...it was small and intimate. Very nice room, good location, continental breakfast was served daily with fresh choices, friendly staff...all the makings of a great stay! We will definately stay there again. We arrived by boat so we rented a golf cart. Our only complaint was that the hotel did not have any exterior electrical outlets that we could plug the cart into to recharge overnight. It would be nice if they provided that.

“The cleanest hotel I have ever stayed at”

This place was spotless. The floors, the bathroom, the beds--everything was spotless. This was without exception the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed at. The fact that it was fairly new helped but I have a feeling that it will remain this way down the line. Floors were Pergo and bathroom was gleaming. They had a very nice continental breakfast that saved us the bother of having to go out for breakfast. It was substantial enough to last throughout the day and again, everything was neat and clean and plentiful. Hotel staff were helpful and courteous--made good suggestions on where to eat that were not dreadfully expensive. Didn't have a chance to use the pool but it looked well taken care of and it was heated. Free parking was a plus in a neighborhood where parking was at a premium. Good location--3 blocks from Duvall Street so easy walking distance to all the action, but a good deal quieter and peaceful. Liked everything about this place and would return in a second.

“Perfect Choice!”

Although the hotel is very new and modern, it is the staff and location that makes the Silver Palms a great place to stay. The front desk staff go out of their way to be helpful and understanding. A big shower, comfortable beds, free parking and a pool, what more do you need? As for the location, Duval street is a few blocks away, scooter and bicycle rentals are just down the street and you can walk to the beach in 15 minutes. I made the right choice and will do so again.

“Can't Miss Stay for Key West”

Location, quality of facilities, ambience, and helpful staff may this a perfect hotel for a weekend visitor to Key West.

“Beautiful Hotel, great location, excellent staff, yummy brekky, but small pool”

Cannot rate this hotel high enough.....everything was ideal. Originally got a balcony room overlooking a laundry, but quickly changed out for a room overlooking the inner complex and pool. Best decision ever....location is just far enough to be quiet, yet a short SLOW walk and the newness of the place adds a special sparkle to what is really one of the greatest destinations I have ever visited. Going back again...with friends next time. Only gripe...the pool is smaller than it looks on the pictures, but was still nice in that heat and humidity

“Silver Palms in Key West was the best!!!”

Typically I wouldn't bother to write a review but this hotel was the best part of our Key West trip. Bed was SUPER comfy and room was clean and SUPER nice Shower was AWESOME. Only complaint was the roosters outside all over Key West. Priced great and beautiful. Thanks Silver Palms. I doubt we'll go back to key west we prefer Hawaii but the hotel is Awesome and we would stay there again!!!Plus Duffy's restauarant down the street is great seafood

“Great property, but I don't understand the pool policy!”

I enjoyed my stay at the Silver Palms. The rooms are very clean and the staff very accomodating. The location is very centralized to get to Old Towne, Duval Street, my favorite restaurants, island bike rentals, etc. The only "rule" at the property that didn't make sense to me was that guests were only allowed to swim in the pool between sunrise and sunset. It's Key West, and a night swim is always an added value after dinner or a stroll on Duval Street. The pool and the pool area is very soothing and the waterfall feature is a great addition. I would recommend this hotel to others.
