“LOVED THIS PLACE”

All of the hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was nice and clean. It is not a swanky room if that is what you are expecting, but it is very comfortable and well decorated, clean and everything worked. The grounds were well maintained. The pools were nice, anything you wanted, quiet, semi-quiet or party time. But there was never any unrulyness. It is located in a nice area, walking distance to anything you want to do, or you can rent a bike, scooter or electric car right across the street or hop on a trolley at 2 different stops. We will be back next year.

“definately will go back”

We were very happy with our stay. The staff was exteremely friendly, and offered us good tips on our stay. The rooms were clean, as was the hotel. Nice quiet spot on Duval Street. We will defintely stay there again.

“Key West”

The hotel had several different campuses and ours was across the street from the beach! I really enjoyed the beach side cafe!! The pools were nice and the room was very nice and very clean!!! For the price, I thought this was a great deal!! I would definately go back!!!

“Wonderful”

This has to be the best place in Key West to stay. Very clean we never had to ask one time for anything. The location was the best we couldn't have asked for anything better. Thanks for making our stay at Key West one we will never forget...

“Bang for your Buck!”

After all the reviews we had read about this hotel being a good value but lacking luxury we were more than pleasantly surprised to find a spacious room with a very comfortable bed decorated in what appeared to be new linens. Our room right off the parking lot facing Duval Street was surprisingly quiet. In terms of convenience you can't beat the location. All of the hotel staff were fantastically helpful. We highly recommend happy hour at the Southernmost Beach Cafe. The prices are amazing and the food is delicious!

“Southernmost Hotel - Very Nice Stay”

Hotel was great. Perfect location on Duvall Street - close enough, yet far enough away from the action. It can get wild on Duval - therefore it was nice that it grew quieter on our walks back to the hotel each night. Bartenders at the Tiki Bar were the best! (Johnnie B and Tim) Super friendly and recommended places to go and things to do in the area. Restaurant on the beach was good - the happy hour had great drink prices an appetizer specials.

“Perfect KW Hotel”

This was our first trip to KW and I have to say I could not be happier that we picked this hotel. The room was great and very clean - I am very particular when it comes to cleanliness of hotels and this one passed with flying colors. The staff was very nice and ready to offer advice on activities or places to eat. We also rented bikes right at the hotel, which was very convenient. Parking and wireless Internet are also free and there are no additional resort fees. The location of the hotel was perfect as well. Beaches are limited on KW, but the Southernmost Hotels are located right on/one block from South Beach. The beach is great, water is blue and there is a great restaurant for food and drinks - chairs are free too when you stay at one of the Southernmost Hotels. Its location on the southern (quiet) end of Duval was great also. It took no more than 5 mins to bike to the other end of the island where the sunset is. When we go back we will 100% be staying at the Southernmost.

“We will absolutely go back to the Southernmost Hotel”

We had never been to Key West and chose a hotel essentially based on the Expedia reviews. Our room at the Southernmost was very clean and comfortable for our purposes, which didn't really involve spending a lot of time in the hotel room. We did spend a lot of time at the hotel's cafe on the beach and at the tiki bar by the pool though. The food and drinks were absolutely fantastic, and both were a great option for those times that we didn't necessarily feel like walking to the other end of Duval for a meal. (Although literally everything is within walking distance, sometimes it was just too hot at lunch to go anywhere other than the beach cafe and for a dip in the ocean.) The staff at the Southernmost is incredible, particularly the concierge. All we needed to do was walk into the lobby and give the concierge an idea of what we might like to do, and minutes later it was booked and paid for. Sunset happy hour cruise, trolley tour, taxis, etc. They were really great. Overall i would HIGHLY recommend the Southernmost for anyone who wants a really lovely and relaxing vacation and a really nice price.

“Great Staff, Lovely Stay”

We didn’t arrive at the hotel until after 10pm but was warmly greeted by name as soon as we walked through the door. After such a long day travelling from London, UK to Key West that made us feel very welcomed and special. [I had emailed ahead to advise them that we wouldn’t arrive until 10ish]. Pat who checked us in was very helpful and friendly and made sure we had our breakfast voucher. If you are staying at the Southernmost print off the voucher for $20 off breakfast at the Southernmost Café (a number of web sites do it) We had booked a deluxe room and requested a room on the 2nd floor which was allocated to us. The room was very big, nicely decorated with a microwave, fridge and coffee machine. We also had an arm chair with foot rest and a small table and 2 chairs. The bathroom was big and a huge shower (but no tub). The hotel is at the quieter end of Duval which suited us. CVS is nearby for toiletries and basic groceries/drinks. The Southernmost Beach Café was great – we had breakfast there the first morning – the view and the lovely breeze made the jet lag all worthwhile! Would definitely stay again and recommend to friends.

“Relaxing”

Hotel had several pools plus a beach area. Restaurant and bar on the beach. Staff were friendly. Enjoyed our stay.
