Key West Vacation

Posted Oct 21, 2014
Pros: Price and the availability of parking all the time
Cons: room decor, and apliance upgrades
Location: the beach is about 2 blocks away, and about 7 minutes away from Duval street.
It was a 2 BRM condo. Beds were OK. clean. The decoration is very dated and cheap brand TV's. Pool is a little small, but does the job. However, I have no complains, it is a good option for a family of 4-6 for $250 a night. 1 king, 1 qn, and full sofa sleeper. cant beat that.

Great hotel resort

Close to the southernmost point in the USS, the keys. The suite was great. Only wish there was more small shops near the resort

Pros: Loacation, as far enough away from traffic and Duval street, but close to Grocery stores, and Ocean.
Cons: Maintence and good cleaning/ housekeeping .
Yes, carpets in bedroom, not tile?, and dirty. Walking w barefeet on carpets made foot bottoms black. Surgar ants on kitchen counter every evening. Formica edge bans in bathroom and kitchen counters missing. Balcony porch slidding door screen off track, and when you slide it open it falls on you. Pool marcite badly pitted and very rough on your feet. Appears most of problems are from lack of maintence, and poor cleaning. No baseboard on wall by floor ever intstalled??? so wall board near floor looks dirty/ moldy.

Nice place a little off the beaten path.

First suite had ants moved us immediately. Off the beaten path had to drive everywhere. The place itself was decent place to stay.

Nice hotel close to the beach

Posted Aug 26, 2014
Pros: They offer apartments, condo rooms
Cons: Installations are a little old
Location: Great, close to everything.
The hotel was in a really convenient area so you can get to Key West Old Town in about 7 minutes.

Nice condo. Plenty space, privacy, good location.

Posted Aug 23, 2014
Pros: Very good for family group. We enjoyed our stay in this hotel. It is very well located, close to points of interest and no too close from crowd
Cons: Could be improved the furniture, in special, the sofa bed mattress.
Location: Great location, stay in Key West is a plus, everything was interesting for us. Duval St. is excitante and full of joy
Was my first time in Key West. We were six and had comfort because the space, and fully loaded kitchen. The beds, one king and one queen, were in very good way. No the same with the sofa bed, was no possible sleep there. Thank god we had an extra air mattress. The furniture is too old. Any way, I would come back. Only would ask for a new sofa bed. The rest was Ok for us.

Cons: More clear signs to get around.
Our rrom was excellent, but we had a horrible veiw of a swamp. Also, I found that the complex had very poor signage, and it was confusing and difficult to find my suite.

Recommend for up to 4 people only

Posted Aug 5, 2014
Pros: We would recommend that only up to four people stay here. Sofa bed is just not worth it. Other than that, it is fine.
Cons: New sofa bed if the owners are going to continue to advertise that it sleeps six.
Location: Location is pretty good.
We were a party of six that stayed here for one night. This condo sleeps four comfortably. The pull out sofa bed was the most uncomfortable sofa bed that my husband and I have ever slept on. You can feel every spring in it, it was agony. My husband actually spent part of the night on the floor. We feel we paid a lot of money for our one night and were very disappointed that our bed was bordering on painful. Also, we couldn't get an internet connection.

Very poor accomodation. Very disappointed.

Posted Jul 20, 2014
Pros: Nothing
Cons: Need to update whole property.
This property is very out dated. In the unit, many outlets were not working. Some light bulbs were not working and as the reception office close at 8 pm, we had no place to complain. Internet was not working through out our stay and we had to pay at out side cafe to use internet. Cooking gas was very dirty. All utensils and dinnerware/glassware were very dirty. All bedsheets and pillow cases were paled was very dirty as if they were not washed. Hallway was stinking. Will never stay at this place and do not recommend at all. Price was very high for the condition of the property. We booked through expedia and never expected such a dirty place from expedia. Not satisfied at all.
