“great bed and breakfast”

a terrific bed and breakfast. The location is quiet and on a small harbor. the staff was helpfull and polite. the room was very nice looking out over the water. we plan on returning next year.

“Would stay here again”

We enjoyed our stay at Tarpon Flats. Our third floor room had a great view overlooking the Marina, was clean, nicely furnished and properly appointed. If the weather would have been more cooperative, we would have definitely used Inn's kayaks for a paddle, and watched the sunset at sandy beach area near the water.

“It was really nice vacation”

this hotel is a really beautiful place. It is small, (only 6 rooms), but that makes it so convenient. We met all other travelers, and they were happy too. The most important thing was that I had a kitchenette in my room, which is good especially when you have 2 year old baby. Me and my husband had a great time talking to Hotel manager and housekeeper. They are so nice. Looking forward to seing them soon.

“The Devil is in the Details”

The natural setting at Tarpon Flats is very attractive, but we were disappointed in the room and the service. Our room was up two flights of stairs and had a small balcony that was unusable because of a bank of noisy air conditioners below. The window facing the ocean had to be propped open with a roll of paper towels because it's latch was broken. The tub drain was clogged, the utensils in the kitchen were reduced to one teaspoon and a few forks, and only sugary flavored creamers were left in the fridge. To top it all off, our breakfast was delivered to the wrong room. By the time it got to us it had been partially eaten. For these prices, we expected more.
