“Great location, great service and facilty”

The Banyan was centrally located to all the tourist spots in Key West, yet oof the main street so it was quiet and isolated. The grounds were very private and one wouldn't know that it was only one block off of Duvall Street. The rooms were beautiful and the staff was friendly and helpful in every way. We enjoyed it so much, we opted to stay an additional nih\ght.

My husband and I stayed at the Banyan Resort in Key West to relax and celebrate our birthdays. It truly was a restful and beautiful vacation. From the moment we entered the office, we were greeted by the warm and friendly staff who answered our every question and were very helpful. Throughout our stay we were greeted by the staff as we went on our way and they made every effort to meet our needs. The grounds themselves are surrounded by beautiful trees, flowers of every kind, succulents, and are very well maintained. As we entered our one bedroom suite we were pleasantly surprised at how nice it was. The room was spacious and the tropical decor added to the lushness of the resort. The room has a breakfast area, living room, and kitchen that was stocked with most things you would need for an extended stay. The pool area was surrounded by all the beautiful plants and was quiet and serene. We met some wonderful people at the pool which was an added bonus. The only thing that I could say to improve on the experience at the Banyan was that there is a shortage of parking. Since it is in Key West you must park on the street and pay or there is an overflow lot down the street and around the block. Park on the street to unload then ask the staff about the overflow lot. Also, the bathroom in our unit was spacious, however, it is off the kitchen instead of the bedroom. However, that is just my preference. We would absolutely recommend this hotel and return there. We loved it!

The grounds of the hotel and the location were perfect. The amenities and rooms were just average.
