Nice place

Nice hotel and friendly staff. Quiet area located in the middle between Duvall St. And Smathers Beach. We've stayed here each time we've been down!

Too far away from everything.

This was a nice hotel but I wish we could have stayed closer to Duval Street. It was far away from everything entertainment wise, beaches, rentals, etc. We would have loved to rent bicycles but it was too long of a ride. We will stay closer to Duval next time.

HORROR NIGHTS!!! AT KEY WEST (NOT HALLOWEEN DATE) HI PLEASE NOTE THIS IS MY FIRST REVIEW! AFTER PAY FOR JUST TWO NIGHTS AT The Inn at Key West, WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE THAT WE HAVE ON ANY HOTEL INCLUDING MOTELS!! FIRST DAY, THIS HOTEL PUBLICITY AS AN OCEAN VIEW HOTEL!! WITH ONLY 2 STORY, OUR OCEAN WAS AN A FULL PARKING LOT THEN AN A 4 WAYS STREET SO YOU WILL NEED BINOCULARS!!! SO WE ASK TO CHANGE THE ROOM, THEY GIVE US AN A POOL VIEW ROOM ON THE SECOND FLOOR, THE PROBLEM, THIS ROOM STILL ON RENOVATIONS!!! (WALL PATCH, BAD A/C OLD TV ETC) AND FINALLY AT 1 AM THAT NIGHT THERE WAS AN SHORT CIRCUIT!!! LIGHTS OFF TOTALLY OFF A/C!! MOVING AGAIN!!!! BETTER ROOM FIRST FLOOR GOOD NIGHT!! LAST DAY WE GO TO THE BEACH AT 10AM AND CAME BACK AT 4.30PM NO HOUSEKEEPING!!! SO I GO TO REST ON BED AND AT 5PM THE GIRL OPEN THE DOOR!! NOT EVEN CALL!!! ENTER TO THE ROOM AND TURN THE LIGHTS ON!!!! (NO ENGLISH SPEAKING) NOT EVEN SAY SORRY!!!! IS INCREDIBLE THE PRICE FOR THIS PLACE!!

Pros: as note above, I like the location, I greatly appreciate the friendliness of Jill (front desk lady), free wifi and free parking, no alarm clock..
Cons: Need to check the bulbs if are working or not, the entrance was with no lights, found out that the bulb was dead, the shower control was complicate
Location: great location as I said...
Great experience with Jill, very friendly and accommodating.

Not Enough For The Price

Pros: Location, price, and design.
Cons: Add refrigerator and microwave to room.
Location: Location is fairly central to everything.
Hotel Staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Downside...only one microwave at the front desk and no refrigerator. AC in the room didn't cool like it should and fan did not work properly. Location of the hotel is fairly central to everything. Price in comparison to other hotels was good. If you bring your own cooler and microwave you should have a good experience.

Nice hotel further from downtown

The hotel was overall very nice. Has a great lobby, restaurant and pool. The staff was very accommodating. The room needed updating. Electric socket out of the wall, toilet paper holder on floor and in need of paint.

Pros: Employees were friendly and nice.
The a/c was not working properly and their excuse was that the humidity was high on the outside and that I should use a fan!!!!! For me totally unacceptable. The ice machine was not working .

It was ok, but not the best place to stay.

Door locker was broken. Conditioner was very old and noisy. Breakfast in cafe was not tasty and too overpriced.

I like this hotel!they have a good room condition and they provide wifi and parking for free!I really like their swimming pool!It is really clean and beautiful!I think they need improve their room cleaning. The pillows are dirty with hairs. overall this hotel is good for staying!
