When we got here, it was beautiful! The outdoor space is nice. You have a private entrance. The rooms are very clean and amazing and spacious.

Beautiful room/suite, exceeded expectations. Convenient for major attractions, 2 min walk to Duval St. Very pretty and peaceful location. Nice, small, pool. Breakfast was adequate. Some of the outside areas (stairways and verandas) were a little worn and in need of repair. Overall a stunning property, would highly recommend for couples.

Everything is so wonderful here, and the heated pool is a bonus. They also have the happy hour with wine and cheese. Anthony at the front desk was amazing. We enjoyed our Al fresco dinner at the little front porch. The bathroom is large and bright.

The property was excellent we wanted to be close to Duval street this property was in walking distance staff wad great, breakfast was perfect, pool was nice and warm. Definitely recommend this property!

You can’t beat the location. Central to everything but just off Duval, so it was quiet. I didn’t like getting charged $9.00 a day for wine and continental breakfast when the brochure said free.

This was our second time staying at the Paradise Inn. We love everything about the property. The grounds are quiet and relaxing and the staff is very accommodating. We love the proximity to all attractions as everything is walkable. If I were to have one complaint it would make sense to include the bicycle rentals into the resort fee rather than charge a separate fee for the bikes. With that being said, we will be back.

Pros: 1)The property looks wonderful and clean 2)Plenty of parking area 3)Walking distance to pretty much everything, bicycles for rent at reasonable price if you prefer not to walk 4) Quiet , except for the planes flying overhead at times. 5) The feeling of privacy around the hot tub area 6) Breakfast was typical continental style but okay. 7) Check in and check out were smooth even though the attendant was new 8) All of the staff were polite and willing to help Cons: 1) Amenities fee is a ridicules high amount. It covers the use of the pool and hot tub, towels by the pool, breakfast, happy hour and free bottled water., which they ran out of. Really can't call anything 'free' when you are charged for it! 2) Hot tub water was very very hot. Multiple people brought this to the attendants attention but they insisted it was not. 3) Pool cleaning crew didn't do a real good job sweeping the pool. It was very windy and things would get blown into the water but watching them miss so much debris on the bottom while sweeping was unacceptable to me. 4) Amenities! Did I mention the fee for what should be part of your cost of your stay, NOT in addition to! If you want to charge for the happy hour, which consisted of wine - cheese cubes - crackers - nuts then fine, charge those that actually use it. The rest of the stuff should all be included in the price of stay. 5) It's an adults only facility but on two occasions there were children present. Unacceptable!!

Great property a block from Duval, so it was quiet, but close to the action. Went in January so it was a little chilly, so the heated pool was wonderful! Beds were comfortable. The breakfast and happy hour were basic, but still nice to have.

The location is great and we were able to walk everywhere in the downtown area. We only took a vehicle to and from the airport to the property. Our cottage was pretty average, nothing fancy. We were excited to use the jetted tub but the jets didn't work. We used the hot tub on the property and it was an average hot tub. I don't know why they charge resort fees as I feel they don't provide anything more than a normal hotel. Housekeeping only came 1 out of the 4 days we were there. Overall it served its purpose but nothing that made it stand out from other hotels.

Pros: The staff was very friendly and it seemed like they were always maintaining the property. They have a free breakfast, which was small, but decent. They have a nightly happy hour with free wine, cheese, and crackers. Cons: There was a big cockroach in our room. They charge a fee for parking each day. They absolutely have the worst pillows in the world.

The property was so beautiful and I loved how close everything was. The too. Wasn’t the cleanest and the floor was dirty as well as the bathroom walls. The pool was a great temperature but the hot tub had so much chlorine it burned our skins and eyes

The pictures of the place looked great. When we got there they gave us a room down the street over a massage parlor that was very,very over used. Total Dump. And they had to the nerve to charge us an amenity fee and undisclosed parking fee. Staff was very friendly and sympathetic to the issues but told us since we booked online they could not help us. At all costs- go somewhere else!

Very good location. Have stayed before. Rooms not cleaned well. No water replaced in fridge, no extra toilet paper. Floors need mopped. Outlet by the one sink has no towel holder. Outlet doesn’t work by one sink. Things were nicer last year. Very loud street and airplane noise in first cottage. Sink dirty around faucets on arrival. Nice happy hour. No where to put clothes. Dressers, counter or suitcase rack. A few touches and this property would be much improved.
