“Better than the sister location”

We had a fantastic time! Lounge chairs, umbrellas and tables all provided, and set up for you, by the cleanly combed private beach. Our room was clean and inviting. Being able to see the sunrise and sunset from the roof top view was priceless. They also had a star bucks which fed my NOVA personalty nicely. It was close to scooter rentals and a good cuban cafe/ grocery. Duval was just a stones throw away and easy to get to via scooter. I have NEVER stayed at a hotel and wanted to return. We visited the sister resort the Casa Marina, it was too large for my taste but i did enjoy their spa. I like seeing the same friendly staff at our smaller resort. All and all I will see you all next summer for my birthday again!

“Paradise in Key West”

The Reach was a true oasis for my daughter and me. The room was very clean and comfortable and was usually already serviced for the day when we returned from breakfast. The hotel is walking distance to most Key West attractions, almost right at the end of Duval Street. The beach was clean, the pool and beach service were excellent, and the breakfast was tasty with a beautiful ocean view. My daughter wants to make this a yearly mother/daughter ritual, and I'd stay at The Reach again.

“Key West Best”

The Reach Resort was a very good hotel in an excellent location on the Island of Key West. It was walking distance from the main strip on Duval Street, southern tip of the Island and local beaches to the east. It had its own small beach and heated pool that added to the ambiance. Once we negotiated for an Ocean Front Room above the palm tree blocked view initially, all was well. We thoroughly enjoyed the stay.

“Lovely Hotel”

The staff was always friendly and helpful if we had any questions. It was a beautiful hotel the room was great whenever we left for the day it was clean by the time we got back. Then pool was fun lots of chairs not overly crowded the beach was beautiful so was the pier. Would go back for sure.

We just loved our stay. The hotel staff were very nice and helpful. The pool was wonderful and nice and warm and clean. The rooms were clean and very comfortable.

“The hotel and location were excellent!”

The view from our room was to die for, the pool and the restaurant were excellent. The bathroom had some design flaws due to not coordinating the shower head with the lack of shower curtain causing a small flood each time we showered but that isn't really a problem for the guest only the hotel. If you plan to make an appointment at the spa recognize its a 10 minute walk and if you select the beach massage be prepared for NO privacy. Extreme modesty will not work. In Key West adapt the anything goes mentality and you will be fine! One negative comment was the room spray in the lobby which was nausiating!

“Nice hotel resort, also associated with adjacent resort, good services, good location, quiet beach”

The hotel is nice with friendly, helpful staff. We had a nice modern ocean view room which included flat screen, fridge, and single serving coffee machine. The shower was large, but be aware there was no bath tub. The beach and pool are nice. There are many activities that can be arranged by the hotel, and it seems that the hotel is also associated with the neighboring Casa Marina Resort (spa and some other activities to be arranged through them). The hotel has a decent parking complex below the hotel that seemed under utilized yet valet was the only parking option paid per day. Everything in Key West is relatively close, but the location is on the quieter South-side of the island. Already recommended to friends and family.

“Our favorite place to stay in Key West!”

This was our second stay at the Reach and we loved it even more. It is the perfect mix of resort and local flavor. It is close enough to walk to Duval, but far away enough that you feel cocooned from the craziness when you want to call it a night. The staff was friendly and always available. The private beach is great and the pool clean and warm. The renovated rooms are lovely. This time we did not bring our small kids, but I would feel comfortable doing that in the future. I would just request a bathtub and a microwave in the room, if available. After being disappointed with other hotels on prior trips to the Keys, we will continue to happily return to the Reach.
