This was a great find. Very friendly staff. It's an older hotel but the room was large, clean, and comfy. Quiet. Right off the main hwy. Plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby. Only 10 mins to downtown, close to the colleges, museums, and about 2 miles from the airport. Great location.

The staff was really nice. Location is great. But the room. Smh. I’ve never seen a ceiling fan in a hotel room. Imagine being woken up by a roach crawling on you. Roaches on the floor, bed, and tub. The hardest bed I’ve ever slept in. Two sinks in the room for some reason. Walls were so thin that I could hear the couple next door, umm, loving each other. This hotel used to be nice. Smh.

The floor appears to be new and the linens on the bed are clean and a fresh design. But the countertops were not to clean and the sink is outside the bathroom. The bathroom is very small with only the tub including shower & the toilet; there is no vent or toilet lid. The tub was not cleaned well as it still had soap in corner and hair in tub. The shower curtain has mold on it. There is a row of lights above the head of the bed that don't work and TV is very small.

Hotel is old, undergoing some remodeling. Staff pleasant. Breakfast minimal. Hallway and front desk area reeked of marijuana during the evening. Pretty confident that it was an employee since it was gone by morning.

Nice and quiet
Very nice, safe quiet are close to everything in Jackson. Staff was very nice, room was clean. We even had a ceiling fan which was great! My only concern was the bathtub floor was sloped and a tad slick. Other than that it was a great stay and I would book there again!

We think there was mold in the air conditioning unit. We understand that Mississippi is humid and this is probably something everyone fights constantly! But it was hard to breathe in the room, the smell was very strong and often made our throats hurt... They are really making an effort to upgrade and though some of the staff do not speak much English, they were very sweet.

No power, hot water, air conditioning NO REFUND
No idea how this place has a 8 out of 10 review rating. Check in was a pain because I paid through the app but then was told that I had to pay at the hotel. Rooms were not clean. The floor was dirty, the ceiling fan was dirty. Power goes out an hour into our stay and never comes back on. No one is at the front desk for hours. Then they will not refund the room because anytime it rains they lose power. No power, no hot shower, no air conditioning, no breakfast.

This place was a disappointment. I booked 3 rooms for a one night stop on the drive for our trip to Florida . The first room my husband and I had wasn't clean and there was a roach crawling in the table., So I asked to switch.The next room they put us in has a dirty toilet seat and trash on the floor. My sister's room also had a dirty toilet. The power went out in the middle of the night which made everything worse. When we were leaving, the staff was cleaning. Turns out the cleaning staff was just the owners (husband and wife), and the wife had the nerve to get mad because we used the towels!! I should have been mad because there was no power and the place was disgusting!! The only reason I didn't ask for a refund was because there was 11 of us and we stayed.

The property was easy to find , had plenty of parking spaces bit old fashioned, the bathroom only had a bath/ shower and toilet no sink , that was in the large bedroom with a Kings bed the tv the seating area yhe kitchen sink a microwave a coffee machine and a dest and chair , bit drab colour in the room but clean and tidy the only thing that let it down was there was stains on the ceiling where i would say they had a leek so a couple of hours painting the ceiling and it would be perfect for the prices
