“Very Pleased With My Stay”

Overall my stay at this hotel was fantastic. i would however suggest for the hotel to add more outlets in their rooms. i had to run my laptop cord all the way across the room. Nice staff, Nice large rooms, and a pool! i will recommend my guys to stay here when they come there for work.

“A Good Stay”

The room was excellent and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was excellent. Restaurants are nearby, some within walking disance. My only complaint is that the jacuzzi water temp was not maintained at a temperature that I considered appropriate. The staff were happy to turn on the heat but if you want to jump in the jacuzzi first thing in the morning the water temp was not where it should be. HOWEVER, the pool and jacuzzi hours were between 6am and 10pm (I think) which I consider a plus. The pool is a bit small but then it is a pool and it has water in it and they did not find some reason for not letting me use the pool when I needed to use the pool and jacuzzi. That is not always the case when hotels say they have a pool.

“the most courteous staff ever!”

I was very impressed with the friendly young men at the front desk. The afternoon we arrived, we were greeted by a young man that was extremely friendly. He gave us directions to all the place we asked about, and was very patient, as we had never been to Jackson,Ms, or Flowood. The next day another young man was there, and he too, was very nice. We enjoyed a great breakfast. Every place we shopped in Flowood, I was amazed at the friendly and helpful attitude of the employees.

Wonderful service. Room was really clean. No problems at all.

“Close comfort and safety”

This hotel was clean and the staff was helpful, friendly and courteous. The breakfast was good and the housekeeping staff on their toes. It is well-located and in a good area to access Jackson without being in the more crime-ridden areas. Only a couple of minutes to/from the interstate.

“Nice, new hotel”

Had a nice overnight stay here. Nothing fantastic but decent. It seems to be a new hotel. Not sure how good it will be in a few years, but for now it's okay.

“2 room suite was good for the price.”

Hotel was clean, breakfast and chocolate chip cookies were good. I was allowed to check before check-in time. The only complaints I have, is that the mattress was not comfortable at all and the inside pool and spa didn't look clean. I didn't use the pool because of the smell inside the pool room (bromine or chlorine) made it hard for me to breathe.

“Good place for stay.”

Curteous staff. Easy accessability to major highway. Close to dining and resturants.

“Ok hotel if ur tired”

Upon check out they had a hard time locating my paperwork. The person that checked me out was totally confused.

“Not at all what we expected...”

Two night stay; first night the refrigerator didn't work, the remote didn't work, and there was no coffee pot for the coffee. Second night the fire alarm battery died and started beeping around midnight. Staff replaced the fridge and coffee pot and reprogrammed the remote but all in all the stay was disappointing. The entire hotel smelled musty and the indoor hot tub was drained.
