As part of the review, we had just one little hiccup. Because, we had to leave 1 day early, and we booked with Expedia, we were not able to get a refund for the 1 night we unable use. Maybe this situation will be rectified? Other than that the stay was great.

Very nice updated suite. It had two tvs and a pullout couch for our toddler to sleep on in the adjoining room. Nice pillows and smooth sheets in comfortable king size bed.

The only thing we didn't like is that the first room they gave us was already occupied... they apologized but it was really awkward trying to get into a room at 11:30p and a half naked man opens the door while I'm carrying my 2 year old daughter. Otherwise, the stay was really good and it was a safe location.

Our check was not great! They charged my card an additional charge and the card machine was down or not properly working. The hostess was flustered and also the guest. We were given keys to a room that someone was in. I asked the hostess to look into the extra charge because I was charged an amount that was different than I was told I was being charged. Going into a room that was already occupied was not good, the situation could have gone from bad to worse pretty quickly! I am glad that I was with my wife and she didn’t go in by herself!

Super clean friendly place
Everything was really nice and clean! Staff was very nice my daughter got an upset stomach and threw up in the bed and we had to get clean sheets they asked if we’d like to just switch rooms or have this one cleaned! Our granddaughter was in hospital and we needed a place to get some rest and this hotel was close and perfect for what we needed!

Unsafe practice.
Not happy with window covering - it appears to be see through and indeed you could tell from the outside when the lights were turned on, what people in the room were doing. We found this to be an unsafe practice for travelers.

Bathtub backed up whole time, no soap in dispensers, when brought to the desk attention, they stated nothing to be done for this 'minor' inconvenience. Frequent guest here and at all HIE IHG hotels, last time here though! Poorest CS of all the ones I stay in.
