If you’re looking for a delightful place to stay in the heart of Reykjavik then this is the place! The apartments were incredibly clean and had all the comforts of home including a microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, blow dryer, toaster, iron etc. The bedding was plush and relaxing with down comforters and ample pillows. The rooms are spacious and tidy. The soap, conditioner and body wash were premium quality. Every day, there was a delicious basket of assorted fruits, cheeses, vegetables, jams, chocolate, hard boiled eggs with a smiley face on them 😊 Icelandic butter and every morning at 8am fresh bread is delivered to your door! You really don’t need to even buy food for your stay! There is street parking or garages within walking distance for a small charge. The staff were extremely helpful and attentive. There is a business center and small refreshment area in the main office.

This is a great location for getting around the city. We walked everywhere. Lots of good restaurants and a grocery store nearby. The shower was a bit odd with the shower being up on a 2-3 foot high platform so you needed to use a step to get up there.

"We chose the double/twin room with shared bathroom. The room was warm, but also worn. There’s also a water smell that permeated each bathroom and even the sink in the bedroom. An open window solves the problem, but I do think the hotel needs a facelift (similar to the recent reno at the Hill Hotel). ..."
