“Very comfortable, clean and convenient for an overnight trip.”

I would stay here again. Good value for the money. Would also be suitable for a longer stay as it has a small refrigerator, microwave, & internet.

Checked in on a one night stay. Checkin was fine. Room clean. Bed comfortable. Linens good. Room design nice. Breakfast better than average. Overall experience was very good

There was some remodeling going on when we stayed. It was only a minor inconvenience. Breakfast was great and our room was very spacious.

The overall experience was good. Lighting in part of the room was too dim for reading, but I think they're in the process of upgrading the lamps. Included breakfast was good for the value, but more fresh fruit would be nice. Beds are very comfortable.

Not a place to stay for more then one or 2 nights. Hallway smelled slightly funky....our door knob was broken and there was a box of old food in the refrigerator. Wasn't too bad but wasn't great either. Pizza Hut walking distance that was a plus.

“Already run down”

This hotel is only about 5 years old, and it's falling apart. Cracks in the walls, warped floors, mold on the exterior. You know how a mattress should be flipped every once in a while to prevent the "hole" - well they don't and the "hole" is about 6" deep. Stained towels, grubby bathroom walls, and the refridgerator was FILTHY with old crusty food. Service was practically non-existant. I usually stay at this hotel 1 or 2 times a year, no more. It's gone downhill fast.

“Can we get some sleep???”

Maids came walking into roon at 8 a.m. without knocking. Came back at 9:30 a.m. (knocked this time) the again at 10:30. I just wanted to get some sleep. I had two other rooms reserved and the rest of my family had the same story to tell. At 8 a.m. I asked the cleaning lady to not come back until checkout (11 a.m.) she laughed and ignored my request. Very rude and irritating. Sorry, this hotel is a thumbs down.

“Bathroom Leaks should be fixed IMMEDIATELY!”

The bathroom above our room leaked into our bathroom -- it had been doing so for a LONG time judging by the damage to the ceiling including lots of black mold and mildew. --- pretty disgusting! Routine maintenance just wasn't happening -- the door knob was ready to fall off/ The hand mirror on the vanity had pulled off the wall. I can't imagine what the place will look like in a few years!
