Italy's Hiding PlacePosted Sep 21, 2014 on Hotels.com
A fantastic rural farm stay - well worth spending a few nights here as it is so different to other experiences you might have in Italy. There is a big "family feel" to the whole experience, and you will share meals and great times with other guests, volunteers and the family who run the farm. That said, there is ample opportunity to hide away and do your own thing should you so wish. The food / wine is sublime - all sourced VERY locally as you would expect! Great local walks to do and some brilliant areas within a short drive. The 'cheese making shepherd' experience was the only real disappointment - nowhere near as authentic as we may have hoped for. A brilliant stay overall though and highly recommended.

Leuk, gezellig en ongedwongen . Prettige locatie met genoeg andere activiteiten in omgeving. Bij de farm heeft men nog echt hart voor het gebeuren! Voor wie wat anders wil een aanrader .

A resting pit stopPosted Jun 24, 2014 on Hotels.com
We have a relaxing time at the farm stay, getting close to nature. Delicious vegan (non vegan options available) meals & they made their own wine too. Spacious room & bathroom. Prepare your own toiletaries. Nice walk into the greens to get to the nearest town, Sora. If you are taking the train/bus from Sora to your next destination, I suggest you made reservation in town with the agency at least a day earlier (the bus did not come by on the day we booked our tickets with the agency & disappointingly, we are not able to get a refund).

Relaxing Italian FarmPosted Apr 3, 2013 on Hotels.com
Easy parking. Great place for family and friends. Antonello, the manager, wants you to have a great time in the area where he grew up.

This hotel was listed as being only 8 km from the city center of Pesscasseroli, a town in the Abruzzo region that I fell in love with & wanted to go back to. When we got there, the hotel was 60 km from that town, which wasn't convenient at all. I only booked this hotel because of it's supposed proximity to the town I wanted to be in. I was very dissapointed in that. Other than that, it was a no frills farm hotel which was very inexpensive & the food was excellent.
