Got woken up at 3:15 am , guys going fishing leaving there trucks run for 15 minutes, wanted to change rooms when we check in my wife said she did not feel safe, but manager wanted to charge more. I would not recommend to stay there ever.

The lady that runs the front desk was very nice and informative. If there was a problem she got it fixed right away.

When I arrived to check in, I was charged 20 per puppy (40 total for the 2 pups) on the site it states 10 per pet. I went back in to ask, and was told that it was not correct on the site. There was hardly any parking for my truck and trailer, had to park by the highway on the side of the building. There was a large gathering of people there in the morning. The room was horrible. It smelled heavily of Marijuana, not clean, holes in the walls, dirt on the top of the fridge, etc. There were people coming in and out all night, so not able to sleep, with all of the noise. Definitely not worth the price,

The pool is closed and should be removed as an amenity. The lamps where broken. The beds where full when it said queen beds. There was no breakfast except cereal. The staff where nice and friendly but the place was a dump

One reason I booked is because they advertised a breakfast, but when I got there I was told there would be no breakfast. They got me there with a lie. The room was pretty bare bones and not very well maintained. Things looked pretty old and worn.

Good rest stop
Staying as a rest place overnight traveling through to Texas. Room was clean and bed comfortable. Priced fair. Only disappointed was we have 2 pups and website states $10 fee per pup but they changed $15 per pup.

I booked my 2 rooms through Expedia a month before my trip because I couldn’t find a # on their website. We had to leave 5 days early and neither Expedia or Econo would help with a refund! Bad service on both!!!!

We arrived late from our travels. Check in was easy as we had used Expedia to reserve a room. However, there was a man outside the entrance playing his music in his vehicle very, very loud. This lasted a half an hour or more after we were in our room. It appeared that the man was a friend or perhaps a relative of the female who checked me in. Also upon check in I was prohibited from going in because the door was locked and you had to communicate through a small window. This gave me the feeling I was not in a safe area. After getting in the room it had a smell. Musky or stale smoke. Cigarette burns on the bathroom counter. Thin walls in the room as I heard a man snoring for hours next door. In the morning when I went to get my shower the water was barely warm and went cold before my shower was over. My husband could not even shower because of no hot water. When I brought this to the attention of the check out clerk she said I could be lying about not having hot water. She actually raised her voiced, cursed at me and called me ugly names. This was all behind again the small window.

The only good thing at this hotel was Sunny the overnight manager on duty. Room was dirty, smelled like cat pee. Ceiling was falling in at one seem, weird debris in bathroom. A bunch of fishing boats were taking up parking spaces so couldn’t park close to room.

The hotel overall was nice but they had portable heaters in the rooms. The one room had an old heater that didn’t really put off a lot of heat to heat the room ( it was a large room). It was very clean and the bed was comfortable. Needs some updating but not bad. I would stay again.

Gas stations were plentiful in Brinkley and price was lowest we found for a long ways. Hotel itself was disappointing.

Room was clean and comfortable, however walls were thin – our neighbor was on the phone and we could hear everything he said (very clearly), then we could hear him sneezing and blowing his nose when we were trying to get to sleep. Only cereal for breakfast so we didn’t eat there.

Our stay here was overall pretty good. The AC kept the room just right. Which is big for me. It was comfortable overall. Only issue we had was we could not get our door to open at night. The worker said for some reason our room disnt like to unlock when it was cold outside (it was in the 20s). But we finally got it open and all was good.
