Motel 6 with MosquitosPosted Aug 24, 2014
Everything was okay for the price, but we had Mosquitoscoming in all night. The doors evidently didn't seal , or they were coming in through the bathroom exhaust vent. I needed to have brought some citronella candles. Otherwise okay.

Old, dirtyPosted Jul 11, 2014
A friend and I stayed one brief evening during a road trip. We chose the hotel bc it served breakfast, there was barely even coffee. We found a huge spider within the first 5 min and smaller one before bed. The sheets were stained and the towels were sctratchy.

Location: close to the interstate
We had to have a cot so that we could have all three kids in the room with us. The cot wires were broken and the mattress was NASTY!!!!!

Well worth the price of admissionPosted Apr 17, 2010 on Hotels.com
Right off the highway and very convienent. The clerk was courteous and professional. The town was sufferering from a gas line problem. It seems a local farmer broke the gas line that lead to two counties and all the businesses were out of gas. It was repaired before we awoke and were able to take a hot shower :) The morning breakfast was as expected. Muffins, toast, oatmeal, waffles, OJ, Apple Juice, Milk, fruit and cold cereal. The room was clean and well worth the price we paid. There was a small odor once we entered the room. We turned on the ac and let it run while we went to Gene's Family BBQ for dinner and it was fine when we returned. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and I and my family had a very good nights sleep.

Dirty hotel, dirty town.Posted Jul 10, 2009 on Hotels.com
There was mildew in the tubs, the walls had cracks that made me afraid that the roof would fall in, the mosquitoes were horrid (but that's not their fault, in all honesty.) Overall, I would avoid Brinkley completely, and if you absolutely have to stay there, this Day's Inn isn't all that bad. It's not good, mind you.

not impressedPosted Jul 9, 2009
not much too say really, older motel, check in was slow second time of two weekend trip. Front desk clerk very rude. Breakfast not much to speak of. Not a lot of a selection except McDonalds to eat at.

My Brinkly StayPosted Jul 5, 2009 on Hotels.com
The room was nice; furniture was shaky and in need of updating. The front desk was cooperative in providing a room away from the interstate. My only problem was we couldnot get a first floor room and it was not crowded. Good for a one nighter.
