Nothings what it seems, the online version is much better than the real thing. Some really weird awkward people who makes ones stay unpleasant, not to mention the people fishing in the swimming pool or the duck poop in and around the pool areas. The smell of poop with our morning breakfast was particularly unpleasant after they had originally fixed the problem the previous day. The park is in need of a lot of TLC, the games club is pretty old and run down. Really good for people who want a bush experience where there’s only nature around.

The gate entering system is annoying as you have to use the code both ways. Great location but very narrow and a bit cluttered.

My room was dated. The lino looked dirty, very old. There was no 8nternet. I got a a budget hut, so apart from no toilet or shower it was value for money. Very efficient, friendly staff.

A good place and space for freedom of movement for children. Cabin was spacious, clean and well equipped. Great early morning coffee for sale. Pools well maintained. One child and one adult in our family group had a tumble off the verandah step as edge was tricky to discern; maybe a painted strip on top step could be helpful? The verandah was , however, a lovely space early morning and in the evening. Would return!

Our accommodation was really clean, which is important to us at this time. The staff were happy and helpful. The amenities were all kid friendly. I would say this is a great place to stay for a family holiday.

We have stayed a few times now and Love it, the new cabins are perfect for us. This time round we found the cleaning just a little under par, kids finger marks on cubboards, toliet still had pee stains on it. Just a mirriad of little things. We stayed in a different cabin to last time (new ones) and found bed to be like a rock unlike last time was nice and comfortable.

There were no towels provided to us. When we realised the reception wasn't open so we had to go and buy our own towels. There was no top sheet provided on the bed, just a fitted sheet.

Thank you for your review today. Some of our accommodation does not have linen included in the price, and is advertised as such. I'm sorry that you did not see in your room description that linen was not supplied. We do have an after hours contact phone number, found on your check in paperwork, where you could have reached staff even after the office was closed. We would have been more than happy to help arrange linen for you.

Found Lani's Caravan park to be quite pleasing the Bungalow we stayed in was set out well and quite comfortable, the only thing that let place down was they supply towels but no face cloths., for a place with a 3-4 star rating and prices changed not good seeing cheap motels that charge 80-90 dollars supply face cloths.
