“Days Inn Johnson Creek”

I frequently travel with two large dogs. And when I do travel, I always look for pet friendly hotels along my route. The Days Inn hotel in Johnson Creek Wisconsin was one of the cleanest and best kept hotels that is also pet friend. I would recommend this hotel to anyone that needs to travel with their pets.

“A+ Staff, Service, and Price!”

We got in a little later than anticipated, 8pm. The pool was still open (til 10) so the kids swam and we were able to enjoy the hot tub which were both well maintained. The room was cool when we first got there, but it cooled down while we were at the pool. The staff was amazing, they started breakfast early, and gave us coupons for the outlet mall across the street! The water was hot and we had water pressure too! The only thing that grossed me out was the stains on the box spring I noticed when I pulled back the blankets for the kids to make a tent with, it was not appealing at all, but it was on the box spring so I really didn't freak out. Overall great price, great staff, great breakfast, and great service!

“Pet friendly”

We had a wedding near by and needed to fine a place that took pets. Thankfully there are places like this that do. They have a nice area for your pets and cleanup bags. There is additional land around that was cut so there is lots of room to walk them. The room was clean. We would stay there again.

“Decent and pleasant place to stay”

Convenient at the intersection of I-94 and Hwy 26 on Johnson Creek, Wisconsin, although some people reportedly find it difficult to find the right road going up the hill to the hotel (there are no signs pointing the way and you can't easily see the hotel from the intersection you need to turn at). Really a typical chain hotel in decent upkeep. It has the usual rooms (the entire hotel is now smoke free), a tiny exercise room with a couple treadmills, an indoor swimming pool, and a small breakfast area with the usual light offerings (cereal, fruit, muffins, waffles, juice, coffee). The rooms have a regular TV (not widescreen or anything) with cable channels, an iron and ironing board, a small coffee maker. I have not had any problems with dirt, cleanliness of sheets, or odd smells, and it looks clean. Nothing to complain about there. During my latest stay, the faucet on the bathroom sink was hard to adjust and I reported it to the manager. By far the lowest price motel in the area, and it is secluded enough to have a pleasant space around it. On my latest stay, it was snowing when I arrived but stopped before midnight. The driveway and parking lot had not been plowed before I arrived, and in the morning it had still not been touched by a plow. It was not a problem since only about 4" fell, but I thought it odd that they apparently had not arranged for a plowing service.

“Johnson Creek convenience”

The staff were very friendly and efficient, rooms clean and supplied with all necessary equipment or cosmetic items. The continental breakfast was very genereous and offered for a long time period. The pool was quite small but during our stay there were few other people using the pool & hot tub. Location is right at Highway exit from I-94, and directly across a state road from Johnson Creek Outlet Mall, an easy walk or quick drive. Location was also convenient for a side trip to Fireside Theatre--less than 1/2 hour drive. Our only complaint was a large group of parents and kids who partied loudly long into the night and then noisedly mobbed the breakfasrt and pool areas in the morning. The hotel cannot change rude or inconsiderate guests, and that can happen at any hotel. But a warning for unnecessary noise to these families should have been issued.

“Good, basic accomodation.”

Good for short stay. I used the pool and whirlpool after a lengthy bicycle ride on nearby path and county roads. Enjoyed the generous continental breakfast. I was bothered somewhat by ambient noise such as people walking in the hallway and door-closing sound from other rooms.

“Not Impressed”

The clerk was more than kind during our check-in making sure we had the accommodations that we needed.....however.....the sink backed up and was filthy, the tub was stained and due to some "green" program that they had going there were no bags in the trash cans and we were not offered extra towels nor to have our room tidied while we were there for two nights.

“Would try a different hotel next time I'm in the area”

Exercise room needed a lot of attention. Nice to have a washer and dryer available. Room was comfortable. Just didn't appear to be an updated hotel. Cramped breakfast area, not enough room.
