Excellent all around place to stay.

Pros: Staff from morning till night, Cleanliness, Pool/Hot-tub, Breakfast was better then expected, comfort of room and bed, showers, view.
Cons: Keep it as it is!!!
Location: CSU Campus is nearby, the Outlets, Lots of shopping and restaurants all around. A good central location.
Me and the coaching staff for a local Hockey team all live south and had back to back games so decided to stay in this hotel. Having somewhere central to both rinks in the area with plenty of places to eat around was awesome. The hotel itself was perfect. Staff, parking, accommodations, and price. It was very nice with the crazy schedule of the weekend knowing we didn't have to worry about where we were staying. Couldn't ask for anything more!

Good, well rounded place.

This was a good place to stay, all in all. We did think it was a little closer to Fort Collins, it was a bit out of the way but that didn't affect the night at all badly.

Pros: Ease of access to I-25
Cons: Larger parking area
Location: We were in town for a family reunion and the hotel was easily accessible to all of Ft Collins
Enjoyable stay. The breakfasts were good. The rooms were always clean. We also inadvertently left behind an I-Pad and we were called and informed that it had been found and would be shipped to us.

$130.00 a night but cant get the room cleaned

Posted Aug 25, 2014
Pros: breakfast
Cons: maid service
Location: a walmart
The Hotel on arrival seemed nice enough. We had been up since 3:00 am in the morning having driven from Grand Junction to deliver our daughter to CSU. We slept in until about 10:00 am showered and left for the university at 11:00 am. We spent the whole day in orientations etc. and returned about 5:30 pm to shower and get ready for dinner. Our room had not been made up! About a half hour later while we were showering the maid knocked and asked if we would like maid service? I told her to forget it. Another irritation was that the outlet for the table lamp did not work. The price per night was simply too high for this crap.

Nice

Front desk man was a jerk, but everyone else was nice. They were 2 hours late on getting us checked in, but the wait was worth it. They didn't do a verry good job keeping the breakfast bar stocked, they seemed understaffed. Not a bad hotel for the money.

Ease of travel on I-25 corridor.

Pros: The location was great and the room was comfortable and clean.
Cons: We were satisfied with all aspects.
Location: This hotel is near the Rodeo grounds and the Budweiser Events Center. Both Loveland and Fort Collins are easily traveled to from this location.
We were at the hotel because of a family reunion. Part of the family was in Fort Collins and some in Loveland and some were staying at the Embassy Suites nearby. We could easily travel to all of these locations. The staff was cordial and efficient. We were well cared for during our stay and all of the room amenities were in working order and comfortable.
