Pros: See above.
Cons: The bathtub nozzle gets a little stuck.
Location: Fort Collins. Visit the college.
Clean room, comfortable bed, good night's sleep, delicious breakfast, friendly staff.. Who could ask for more?

Pros: It was inexpensive.
Cons: Fix the broken items in the room and take care of the smell.
Location: Location is good right off the highway and not too far from the town of Fort Collins.
When we got into our room the window was open, there was no screen and the lock was broken. The door chain lock was barely attached to the wall. The room smelled of urine and body odor and wasn't pleasant!

Nice inexpensive hotel

Room was clean and good sized with enough room for a couch and table. Certainly not five star quality considering the price, it was much better than expected.

Way more than I expected

We brought our dog with us and found this extremely pet friendly hotel. The man at the front desk went above and beyond to accommodate our furry friend. Thank you!

Better than expected.

Pros: Cleanliness.
Cons: Front desk staff.
Location: Near CSU.
Front desk lady was not very pleasant. She's very good at eye-rolling and making you feel like you're annoying her. The room was clean and comfortable. The hallways and lobby were also clean. At about 4am we woke up to a screaming couple but I guess you might expect that an America's Best. For a cheap motel, it was fine.

Pros: Simple to get in and out of.
Cons: Cleanliness of room.. clean but bathroom hair and soda cans on deck etc..
Location: CSU is close by so good for quick overnighters.
Two night stay. We were only there to sleep. We missed the breakfast that was included so we can't comment on that. Older decor/ bed and sheets but fine.

Average Hotel in need of updating.

Beds were comfy, room was average, bathrooms in need of updating, but were clean. Halls were neglected and dirty. Overall an ok place for one night.

Hotel was quite average.

Pros: Price, as I recall the price was good.
Cons: The bed should be replaced. Breakfast foods (eggs and sausage) were unavailable when I went to eat, took 10 minutes to get some. Otherwise the break
Location: Nothing to report.
The bed was horrific, it had an 8" swale in the mattress, was truly the worst bed I've slept in this year, move 30+ beds used this year.
