“Kiva Inn - 11/11”

What a great hotel - I purchased my room off Expedia, not knowing what to expect. The staff was great and the hotel is very nice, clean, up-to-date, and very comfortable. I will stay here on every visit to Fort Collins.

“Great stay for a good price.”

This hotel was conveniently located, clean and had a decent continental breakfast. The service was great.

Area recommendations
Old Town Ft. Collins is a must-see, as well as local hiking destinations. Many walking paths in this area.

“awesome, hot tub in room”

They have a hot tub in the room, a cool design with the layout, good furniture, cool decorations in the lobby, fridge, microwave, and nice people

“Graduation trip”

This is an older hotel that was restored. The staff was very helpful and pleasant. It was overall neatly kept. It was a good deal for a short purposeful trip.

Area recommendations
If you are looking for things to do in this area be prepared to also consider the surrounding areas, including over the Wyoming boarder. We spent a quiet afternoon exploring Cheyenne, Wy and enjoyed wandering around the capital city, visiting shops and museums.
Dining
Next door to the Best Western Kiva Inn is a wonderful steak type restaurant. One of the staff at the Kiva recommended it to us and we enjoyed it very much. The food was excellent.

“Fine place to stay”

Our room was clean and comfortable. Only thing to change would be the heater unit, pretty noisy. Breakfast was good, and the hotel staff were very friendly and courteous. If I need lodging in this area again I would not hesitate to book here.

“I'll be back”

This motel is well-maintained, with courteous, friendly staff. The only shortcoming at this motel is the equpiment in the exercise room - not much there.

Definitely Old Town area.
