Best Western Plus Crossroads Inn & Conference Center

Overall very lackluster. Toilet seat broke when we got there, but fixed quickly. Breakfast ok at best. A lot of construction. HORRIBLE location. Difficult to get in and out of, plus the road is one way and a pain to turn around to head west.

I really like the location. We were in and back on the interstate very quickly. Nice hotel.

When this hotel is finished with their updates, it should be great. the breakfast was fabulous and large. It was just a bit disjointed due to construction.

O.k. but getting out & on to I-25 was a nightmare. The traffic was terrible.Your location made it hard to get out & onto I-25.

Very clean rooms. Excellent breakfasts. Friendly and helpfull staff.

It was pretty good. But you could see light between the door and the door jam. But overall it was ok.

The room was very clean and comfortable. Although it is very close to I 25, it is well insulated so we didn't hear any traffic. The continental breakfast was great.

The toilet leaked, sink leaked, shower fixtures weren't accurate (hot was cold/cold was hot). Breakfast was okay, but generic. Hotel staff seemed to disappear in the afternoon, and did not clean the room when we hung our door-hanger at 1:00 PM and went out to lunch. Also, the location; getting into and out of the hotel was dreadful due to its location. Especially in the winter. We stayed at the Holiday Inn Express up the road in September, and despite a lower 'rating' I think this is a vastly better hotel.

The hotel is in a great location. The staff was very informative and accommodating. Unfortunately upon leaving my hotel in the early morning, a mouse ran across my floor. The temperature outside was a freezing 25* and my room was nice a cozy. I'm sure this is why that mouse chose to find my room!

The hotel is two stories without an elevator. The first floor room had an outside access, no safety chain on the inside door, a dead bolt that sometimes worked and sometimes did not - I did NOT feel secure in the room. The room had a strong musty and mold odor which did not disappear with opening the windows or running the circulating air conditioner/heat fan. I would NOT recommend this hotel for any one traveling alone, with children, or with any medical conditions. Very poor quality.
