“Convenient Fort Collins Accomodations”

Helpful staff and the dining area was very comfortable. The bedroom, linens, etc. were designed with the current trends and freshly cleaned. We were looking for a good place for dinner after traveling 9 hours from Maui and the hotel staff suggested a local steakhouse, which exceeded all our expectations. We'd stay at this hotel again, in a heart beat! Mahalo.

Our stay at the Ft. Collins Comfort Inn was very enjoyable. Very clean and the staff was extremely helpful with information, recommendations and directions. It felt like we had a friend to stay with

“Good price, not so good location”

The hotel service and cleanliness was very good. However, if you do not have a car is near nothing.

We enjoyed our stay. Some of the things were a little dated, like the t.v. A crib was requested, but not there, so we ended up just putting the baby in with us.

“Not Bad but Not Impressed”

Helpful staff, clean hotel, good breakfast, good size room, very good value. But beds are pretty hard, hotel is 200 yard from the interstate. We've stayed in Ft Collins a lot and this was OK but probably wouldn't stay here again.

“Good access, good breakfast, nice room.”

Access to the interstate highway was excellent. Motel staff were courteous and helpful. Room was very nice. Continental breakfast was better than normal. Bed and shower were very good.

“I've dealt with better”

Very nice hotel but the front desk help was clueless. New computer check in system and she made no bones about telling me that the 5 hours training she had was not enough because she didn't know how to work it. Also found a charge from hotel for the room that was already paid to Expedia. When I called I spoke to the same girl who checked me in and she said it was their mistake because of the new computer system but that they would take care of it. Manager says it is not a charge. We will see.

“Convenient and clean”

The hotel was easy to find from I-25, not far from CSU and it was clean. The breakfast selection was sparse, however.

“Good Simple Hotel & Good Service”

We appreciated the service at this hotel. Although we could not have a refrigerator in the room for medicine, the service and front desk personnel made sure that medicine was kept in a safe refrigerated place and all were respectful and knew the protocol. The personnel tried to accomodate our every concern, even though the motel was not as updated as some we have stayed at. There was a true continental breakfast with bread/cereal offerings, - but did include hard boiled eggs, and make your own waffles - not much fresh fruit beyond apples. Though not plush or beautiful, it was comfortable and the staff was sincerely accomodating -which made it stand out in a good way more than the beautiful hotels which may sometimes lack good service.
