Go somewhere elsePosted Oct 29, 2013
Tried putting me in a messed up dirty room, TV was on, food everywhere, beds messed up. They put me in a different room, then tried giving my new room to another family who came into my room in the middle of the night waking us all up. Front deck called asking why I was in my room ?!?!?!?!! Breakfast was disgusting. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere better

Location: Next to inter state, great restaurants
We had to be in Loveland, Co for our daughters Memorial. Her twin brother lives in Ft Collins, both adult children are disabled...boy living in a Group Home. Your motel location, cleanliness, offer of breakfast, front desk staff, just all in all , Great place for our family to stay (3 of us, Mom, Dad and older son) coming to say good bye to daughter and sister and able to get the twin brother from his group home in Ft Collins...Even able to park our car close to unit...we even had a a large plant sent us from daughter's memorial (not normal baggage!)...plus we had a photo album and gift we left at front desk for special pick-up by our son (handicapped twin) that caregiver pkup - just thank you SO MUCH...we were traveling from the western slope area of Colorado - Paonia, Co. Thank You for making a difficult situation so pleasant. (Staff -Ed and Sarah)

Best of what's over therePosted Oct 23, 2013
Pros: Clean. Friendly staff.
I've stayed at most of the hotels out there on Mulberry and I am here to report that this is probably the best deal. I haven't stayed at the Kiva but the only other hotel over there that compares is the La Quinta next door. Both are comparably priced and both are much, much nicer than anything you'll find across the street (motel 6, super 8, plaza, etc.) The room I was in was rather cozy but it had a fridge. the overall condition of the hotel was very good; clean everywhere. Staff was helpful and nice.

Location: This hotel is close to the downtown and close to the interstate - very convenient to move around Fort Collins.
Days Inn is always very comfortable and clean. We will stay here again next year.

Not badPosted Aug 12, 2013
Pros: Close to the mountains!
Cons: The rooms could have a fresher smell to them.
Location: Fort Collins is nice. There's hiking, biking, sightseeing! If you like beer, there are a lot of great breweries nearby too.
The hotel was pretty decent. For the low price, the room was pretty comfortable and they offered a decent continental breakfast. The only downside was that the room we had had a somewhat musty smell to it and it ended up transferring to our clothing.
