Wonderful Hotel, Great Breakfast, and service

Everything about the hotel was great. Good breakfast options with a made to order breakfast. Great service when we needed extra blankets, etc. Very comfortable, good pool/hot tub.

Enjoyed our stay there very much our puppy also loved it. Staff very friendly, room nice and comfortable, bed comfortable,complimentary breakfast and nightly social hour wonderful. Only thing that was wrong was that our room was right next to the noisy outdoor fans and also our view was of the fans out our window! Otherwise good!

Pros: Location, Hotel Amenities, Rooms, Beds are very comfortable
Location: Shopping, Dining, Golfing, Skiing, Boating, Hiking, River Water Rafting, Short drive to the mountains.
Hotel was clean, staff was friendly and accomadating, breakfast buffet was great. Hotel location is great, close to a lot of different activities, shopping and dining choices.

Smells like a dog kennel

Pros: The Staff is very courteous and the Spa is great and the staff was great.
Cons: the smell of the rooms.
We have stayed in this hotel twice. once last Dec. and just this past weekend. The stay in Dec we were put in a room that smelled like dog urine. I talked to the front desk and they did move us. the next room was better but still had a odor to it. we stay in this motel last weekend and more of the same. This hotel does allow dogs in the rooms but is only supposed to be on the second and third floor. but it doesn't seem to matter which floor your on you see people with there dogs getting off on almost all the floors. If it was not for this I would highly recommend this hotel. the staff is very courteous and the spa in the hotel is first rate. I will probably use the spa again I just don't know if I will stay at this hotel again.

Worth the price but...

The good: very nice room with lovely decorations as typical Embassy Suites. The breakfast was great - custom omelet and pancake station, but if planning to be there on the weekend, expect a very crowded dining area. Nicely equipped exercise room. Staff was extremely friendly. Nice pool but the weekend is full of children at the pool. The bad: the WIFI charge and the cleanliness of the tub. WIFI is $9.95/day! It's only free if you're a HHonors Gold member. With the room price they're charging, asking additional fee for the WIFI is outrageous. WIFI is no longer a luxury service. Lots of public places have it. There is no reason for charging the fee. For the bathroom, there were hairs left in the tub, apparently the cleaning crew forgot to clean it.

$200.00 p\n and no in room Wi-Fi, despite request No late check-out, not admitted -despite request. Staff was very indifferent and unprofessional. Nice facilities, but the customer is not appreciated at all !

We are disappointed that we did not deliver the type of service that we have been recognized for in the past by so many other guests. I am curious if you spoke to any of our management team while you were here. Our service team members are trained to deliver a much better quality of service than you noted, but our management team members should have been able to correct any challenges that you may have had. While we many not always be able to honor a request for late checkout, we provide it depending upon our expected occupancy since we have an obligation to the next guest to provide a clean room for them as early as 3:00pm. We do offer complientary wi-fi access in the lobby and for Hilton HHonors members, we provide it in the guest suite on a complimentary basis (membership is free and able to be signed up for at the front desk). They did not enforce the adults only in the pool after 10pm. You pay extra for a room with a bath tub, but tube would not fill. Staff responded, "oh sorry".

Thank you for sharing your experience with us. I am very sorry that we did not deliver the type of exceptional experience that you were anticipating and that we are committed to as well. From your comments, it appears that our service team member did not realize how important the use of the tub was. Almost all of our guest suites are equipped with a tub, so you should not have paid extra for that amenity. Regardless, I know that is an amenity that not every traveler has at home or with a bottomless hot water heater - I am sorry that we did not provide you with that added treat during your visit. I've also addressed your comments about the "adult swim" time and how important that is for our guests. I hope we will have the opportunity to regain your loyalty during your next visit to Loveland.
