“Pledge to Treat you like a Guest is just paper on the wall”
This hotel has all it needs to be a successful mid-grade hotel. Except any idea about service. The sole flourescent light in our bathroom went out. It's the only light in there, and there's no window. A call to the desk at first got "We can't replace those on the weekends". When I then asked to be switched to a new room, I was told "Someone will come to replace it, but it'll be an hour and a half". No one came. Fortunately there's a floor lamp not bolted to the wall, otherwise we'd have had to use the bathroom by braille. Avoid this one like the plague, and consider avoiding the others in this chain. There are too many options in this category to put up with this type of service.
