“Excellent room and great customer service!”

Though this is an older Hilton, everything was in excellent shape and the staff was courteous and thoughtful. Our stay was very comfortable and pleasant.

The Hilton Fort Collins was as expected for a hotel with the name. The price was incredible as it was the expedia special. I would stay here again when I travel back north to Fort Collins.

We were visiting CSU as a prospective college for our daughter. It's very close to campus which was great. The 24 business center was spacious and allowed both my daughter and I to spread our things out and do homework. (The only downside was the printer wasn't working to print out boarding passes.)The service at the front desk, bar, and restaurant were excellent.

I was pleasantl surprised by the quality and service of this hotel! Being across from the CSU campus, I expected it to be on the older side and the service to be marginal (the hotel sort of has a "monopoly" of being in it's location!) Each and every employee from front desk to manager, from bartender to service workers, all were extremely pleasant, professional and courteous! Everyone asked how I was and how my stay was going! Each one made eye contact and was ready to help if needed! A real change of pace in a world of dwindling customer service! Thank you! I will stay again many times over the next 4 years!

“Nice hotel - Great location”

We have stayed at this hotel several times over the past two years to visit our son who is a student at CSU. The staff has been consistently pleasant and helpful. For the Expedia price, it was a great bargain.

“Spacious, well appointed rooms”

The room was a deluxe mountain view. It was very spacious and had two plasma t.v.s. The bathrooms were very clean and was the rest of the room.

“beautiful hotel, beautiful area, close to college”

This hotel was well kept and very nice. It is right by the college. The only down side is that if you don't know how to get to the college it is hard to find. It's worth looking for if you have time, but it isn't close to the interstate at all if you are just stopping for a night like we were.

Beautiful hotel with friendly and efficient check-in. Immaculate room. I used the Expedia service where you don't know your hotel until you've agreed to the rate, and was astonished to find I was staying at the Hilton in this huge, beautiful room with two plasma TVs, large indoor heated pool with hot tub, nicely appointed workout room, and incredibly comfortable bed. Wow!! I've paid more than this to stay in a Comfort Inn!
