Hotel condition

Hotel needs updating. In our bathroom the bathtub was stained and rusting in spots. Carpets were old and need replacing. The staff was very helpful which helped with overall experience.

Perfect Location

Posted Jul 7, 2015
Pros: It was quiet in our room, I covet quiet and there was a large amount of noise in the lobby. The staff was wonderfully nice.
Cons: The AC unit in our room was rather dirty and noisy.
Location: The traffic in Ft. Collins was crazy weird! The very best place to eat in town is "Spoons".
Our daughter is looking into the epidemiology field as a career choice. What better why to investigate than to interview professors in the field? We made the ten hour trip to Ft. Collins and stayed at the Hilton. It is the perfect location, only yards from the campus!

Not enough bang for the buck

Posted Jul 5, 2015
Didn't have a mini fridge which even the cheap hotels provide that! We had to pay for breakfast- no continental breakfast. For a family of 5 that was a disappointment. Too much "hotel" for our likening. Pool was nice, service was good.

Nice hotel close to everything

The Hilton offered the most affordable price and best amenities for the time we spent in fort collins. We had to go for some doctors appointments and it was very close to everything we needed to access.

Close to CSU

Posted Jul 3, 2015
Pros: Friendly atmosphere
Cons: Moving the ice machine. Lowering the cost. The room was too small for the price I paid.
Location: How close it is to CSU's campus
My room was right by the ice machine. So I was constantly hearing the ice being dropped into the ice buckets. Being woken up at 5:15 AM wasn't pleasant. The room was small and the bathroom was even smaller.n But it was quiet besides the ice machine. The staff was friendly.

Hilton Fort Collins

Posted May 26, 2015
Cons: coffee and tea earlier than the restaraunt and kiosk open. Housekeepers should make certain to check under the bed skirts for any items left
Overall the stay was average. For the room price the hotel needs to update the experience. Free coffee and water in the lobby would be nice. An alternative to pricey Starbucks coffee would be a plus. The room cleanliness was disappointing, we found undergarments from the previous occupants. We told the front desk, they offered free breakfasts or coffees unfortunately neither the restaurant or the coffee kiosk was open early enough for us to take advantage of the offer.

Best hotel in Ft. Collins. Close to CSU & Old Town. Bed was ok, but nice room. Would recommend, close to everything, great parking, easy to get to your room. Great glass elevators looking into hotel atrium.
