Overnight in Fort Collins CoPosted Mar 28, 2015
Pros: Everything was satisfactory
My son and I met in Fort Collins recently for a memorial service for a family member. We found the accommodations quite comfortable. The hotel served our needs well. I had stayed there once before, and highly recommend it.

Very nice hotel.Posted Mar 3, 2015
Pros: Friendly hotel employees. The décor has a nice contemporary feel to it.
Cons: We thought the breakfast price was a bit much considering many hotels offer a free breakfast.
Stay here because it was close to where our son lives. Was very pleasantly surprised by how nice and clean it was. The room smelled so fresh and clean.

Good for business travel.Posted Mar 1, 2015
This hotel was perfect for what I needed, a place to sleep in between meetings. It has been totally renovated since I was there last. Nice updates, but the HVAC units were not working well. The room was either cold or too hot. The staff accomodated my request to move rooms without any fuss. The second room was slightly better in terms of less draft. Hopefully they will work the kinks out of the system soon. Other than that it is a quiet hotel with comfortable beds.

Nice little room but...Posted Feb 17, 2015
Had issues with a noisy refrigerator and the bad cable box just after check-in but the staff was very friendly and quick to fix both. Room was clean but very small and basic; nothing special nor was it anything I've come to expect from Hilton. We left a little disappointed.

great hotelPosted Feb 3, 2015
Pros: The staff is very friendly and helpful.
Clean, friendly and excellent staff! At check-in the desk attendant asked about our trip and found the best room to meet our needs. The breakfast is very good (but not included in the room rate).

A bit of distressPosted Dec 30, 2014 on Hotels.com
Our stay would have been one of the best experienced had it not been for the 'surprise' . . . our stay included stepping over and around ongoing lobby & foyer renovation. Periodic hotel construction & renovation is totally understandable but not without prior notice to the guest. The 'bright' side is that this reservation was booked for my immediate family (attending our daughter's college graduation) and not made on behave of relatives, friends or business associates. Had I made hotel reservations on behalf of these other groups, I shutter to think of the embarrassment. My lesson learned: call hotel directly & verify a few things before booking on-line. I would ask the on-line booking folks to do the same; periodic verification of the product it is selling.

DisappointedPosted Dec 15, 2014
Pros: Staff was friendly
Cons: Overall cleanliness.
Location: Close to outdoor shopping and good restaurants.
I have stayed at this hotel numerous times and have been pleased, however, this last time was incredibly disappointing. They were doing renovations which I wasn't aware of before booking the room so that was a surprise when we checked in. I would expect for things to be a little dusty and such, but the elevator was filthy. When we went to turn down our bed for the night, the sheets had hair on them and the bath tub also had hair in it. The hotel staff brought us a new set of sheets so we could change the bed. I'm guessing our room was missed by housekeeping earlier in the day or just wasn't given great attention. The hotel staff at the front desk was very apologetic and gave us a discount on the room which I was very appreciative of, but will try somewhere else next time.

Would not recommend at this timePosted Dec 15, 2014
Pros: The only real good thing I can say was that the front service desk clerk was nice and did give us the name of another hotel to swim at through them.
Cons: Should most definitely say on all travel sites that you are under construction!!! Need improvements on cleanliness and nearby restaurant information.
They were under construction which we weren't notified of through Expedia and so the pool was closed and there were messes everywhere and of course, very loud construction noise everywhere. The room's bathroom was not as clean as it should have been and there was limited coffee supply. The room was in order, but was very cold because the heater didn't seem to be working right. I do not stay at hotels very often and when I do, I expect them to be nice and in working order. I don't feel this was the case here and I definitely do not feel it was worth the money I paid for it! Would not recommend at all.

Location! Location! Location!Posted Nov 17, 2014 on Hotels.com
You CANNOT beat the location of this hotel. It is across the street from virtually any shopping and food you might be looking for, which was incredibly convenient. For a Hilton, we were not overly impressed with the quality of the facilities, though its appearance was nice enough. The room was not thoroughly clean when we checked-in (hairs on the shower curtain and stained bedspread), but this could really have just been an off-day for housekeeping--nothing to blame the hotel for (it was taken care of).
