“Above expectations”

I was pleased with the ease of finding the property. It was close to shopping and to my conference. I was comfortable and found the accomodations satisfactory.

“Christmas Stay”

We have stayed at this hotel many times and I have always been highly satisfied with the accommodations and the service with one exception during our last stay. My wife and I stayed in a room with two double beds. I found myself waking up in a cold, wet sweat each of the five nights of our stay. On the last morning I checked and found a rubberized sheet on my bed which prevented the body from breathing. The other bed had a regular mattress pad. If I had checked earlier, I am sure the staff would have remedied the situation.

We needed a couple of nights in a hotel during our transition and the Holiday Inn Express met our needs.

The hotel was clean, comfortable and nicely furnished. The pet fee was resonable for our multi night fee but would seem high for a single night. The free breakfast was excellent with a good timeframe of service. Overall a geat stay and will use again when in the area.

While the individual staff member was very friendly and helpful, she was simply too busy.
