Okay hotel - good stay if you can get a cheap ratePosted Jan 2, 2014
Pros: Proximity to Promenade Shops, Events Center, etc
Cons: More access points to carry advertised WiFi coverage to all parts of hotel
Location: Went ice skating on Christmas Eve at the promenade shops - had a great time
Had some trouble connecting to their internet service, and they put us in the very top corner room, despite it seeming like there was hardly anyone in the hotel.

The hotel was nice and well-kept, the pool was super fun for the kids, & the continental breakfast was nice. The only issue that we had with the hotel was that we were on the west side facing I-25 and it was very loud when traffic was heavy. It was also loud when the wind was blowing heavily from the west. I would suggest requesting an east facing room in order to minimize noise from the freeway & wind, but other than that the hotel was great.

Nice hotel-appeared to be well maintained.Posted Oct 17, 2013
Pros: Clean with a capable staff. The breakfast is also good
Cons: Nothing, our situation Was an anomaly
Location: Location in Loveland is close to the out let stores in Fort Collins and Colorado State University is near by.
The first two days we were there were great. A nice room and very comfortable. We were there for our son's wedding. The rehearsal dinner was to happen the third night and the lock on the room did not work. Anyone could walk into the room. The maintenance guy came up and 3.5 hours later it was still not fixed and we missed the rehearsal dinner. They moved us to another room but it was not as nice. However, the hotel was full and it was the best they could do. I will say that the staff apologized for the inconvenience and responded by comping the the day. They also had a wi- fi problem which was in the process of being repaired. Given the situation, I would still rate this hotel and it's staff a 4. They did the very best they could do given the situation.

Comfortable hotel with awesome cinnamon rollsPosted Sep 10, 2013 on Hotels.com
This hotel was very comfortable and suited my needs. It was convenient with all the food places in a walk-able distance. The breakfast was surprisingly delicious and check out went very quickly. Will stay here again. :)

Not A Usual HI Express & SuitesPosted Aug 16, 2013
Pros: The staff was extremely friendly
Location: Budweiser Center Loveland Colorado Estes Park Colorado Wyoming
Upon arrival at our hotel - the staff was extremely friendly. When we checked in to our room - we did our normal "lights on" inspection of the room. -There were only 4 small pillows on the king size bed, no extras and no variety. -The back was missing off of our remote control -There was black mold in the corner of the shower (about a 3" area) Overall, it was just not we have become accustom to with a Holiday Inn Express & Suites. Given the location of this facility - I would expect a higher level of appearance than what was provided.
