Overall decent hotel.

Pros: The price is reasonable , location is good , staff was pleasant .
Cons: Cleaning the rooms more thoroughly , " heated indoor pool " was very cold , and not very clean .
Location: Hotel is 20 minutes from the rocky mountains , much to do in Colorado .
place was clean for the most part except for the floor and bath tub weren't cleaned in the 10 days we stayed .

Clean

The room was clean, the bed comfortable, the staff very friendly, and the breakfast was a surprise without the usual boring stuff. Omelets and bacon included! All in all, a pleasant stay and we'd recommend it!

Pros: The affordability.
Cons: Maintainence and upkeep.Part of the ceiling on the car drive thought fell off and landed on the ground.Good thing no one was under it! Carpets are old
Location: Only one restaurant, mexican, but it was very good. And a Denny's. Fairly close to CSU. Half hour.
Nice people. Average what you would expect for that level of hotel. The breakfast was better than most. Hot main dish and a meat. Different every day and it was good!

Clean and comfortable

Posted Jan 5, 2015
Pros: Cleanliness of the rooms...although hallway carpets were in need of a vaccuum.
Cons: It was excellent for this type of budget hotel.
Location: I was up there visiting family and so did not do any touristy things, but Fort Collins is a lovely town with good shopping and beautiful hiking, parks
Hotel room and bathroom were super clean, bed was pillow-top and very comfortable. Nice quiet room at the back of the hotel. Made it to breakfast once and it was standard expected buffet style with some hot dishes. First time I have stayed at this hotel and would definately stay again due to the comfort of the beds (I am spoiled by a sleep number bed at home and have a bad back. I didn't need to take pain medications in order to sleep on this hotel bed, which is a first!). I am an OCD clean-freak germophobe and usually wear flip-flops in most hotel showers...this one was so clean that I actually enjoyed a bubble bath in it one night! My only tiny peeve was that only a bar of soap was supplied in the way of toiletries the first night, the second dat I left the room very late (lunchtime) and so it didn't get serviced at all (but I am a neat guest and make my own bed anyway), the third day toiletries were supplied, but consisted of 2 identical bottles of shampoo. I brought my own toiletries and so did not need them, but I thought it strange that it varied so much. I guess if you are a messy guest who forgets to bring toiletries that could be a problem, but for me it wasn't :)

Hotel on Mulberry Street.

Posted Dec 27, 2014
Pros: The breakfast, the room ,the staff
Cons: The cleanliness of the hallways. One of the dogs had gone on the rug but it was cleaned up rapidly. Maybe the dog people could be housed ,separately?
Location: The location is fairly barren and you have to cross a busy highway if you come by bus.
The room was very clean and if you post a do not disturb sign,no one bothers you.

Pros: Clean comfortable room
Cons: better tv choices.
Location: It's CO,if you can't find something to do,stay home.
Outside could a little sprucing up.I am surprised how many hotels do not get the fact a well maintained parking lot/landscape goes much further in a hotel's appeal.Rooms were clean, vending machines not convenient to outlying rooms.
